Maximizing the space and the 12-meter ceiling height a driving range was setup with prizes spread out on all flags.
Use of edible grass-looking base with golf ball labels for the sandwiches, adheres to the theme.
Don’t forget the cookies with designs at par as well
Bike carts make the foodpresentation extra creative.

Inspired by Filipino Festivals which are always fun and colorful
Servers were dressed with traditional barong while some wore the street stle of “Pinoys” merging
both traditional and modern feel Filipino cutlture.
Snacks are all local favorites served at home or on the streets. There’s also a station for local “palamig”.
Using elements of wood and banana leaf to be at par with the theme.
A live station for Hopia comes with instructions on how to make it via Digital Siganges and willing chefs to show attendees how it’s done.

A break that uses the back of the house kitchen as areas for food stations.
The whole break seemed like a tour as well of the kitchen .
The highlight of the break is a life-size igloo which has a bar inside in the cold storage
It changes color too!

Every variant are labeled with its origin, texture and flavor.

The theme is very evident with the bar in the middle of the ballroom
the emergency cones, barrels and tires accentuates the bar
Mixed cocktails are also in line with the theme
the cheese and cold cuts station looks like a mini race track
road signages helped stitched all the stations to the concept
Completing the theme, of course, are hot cars!
