Third List of Provisionally selected candidates for admission to B. Ed. Subject to having passed B.A/B.Sc./B.Com./BCA/BBA or its equivalent examination from arecognized University/Institution according to 10+2+3 pattern with not less than 45% of marks in aggregatein the qualifying examination in case of Open Merit candidates and 40% of marks in aggregate in case ofReserved Category Candidates on or before the date of declaration of result for B.Ed. Jammu-2017, thecandidates figuring in the Annexure "A" to this Notification have been provisionally selected for admissionto B.Ed. (Jammu) Course-2017 in Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu. The Principal of theCollege will get the following certificates in original verified from the incharge admission and countersignedby him/her before allowing the candidates to complete their admission formalities:-,

(i) Qualifying Marks Certificate;

(ii) Permanent Resident Certificate;

(iii) Category Certificate, if any; and

(iv) Character Certificate

(v) Date of Birth Certificate (DaB)

The candidates are directed to report the Govt. College of Education Canal Road, Jammu from 9th

of September to is" of September, 2017 up to 4:00 P.M along with their relevant Certificates in Originaland the Electronic Admit Card downloaded by them from the official website(s) of BOPEE.The Head of theInstitution is also requested to send within the prescribed last date the Roll Nos., Ranks and Names of thecandidates who have not completed their admission formalities or who may be otherwise ineligible forhaving failed to pass the qualifying examination with the requisite percentage as SHORT FALL on is" ofSeptember, 2017 upto 5.00 P.M. to the BOPEE office, 5rinagar/Jammu positively. The detailed list ofprovisionally selected. candidates is available on the official website of the Board i.e. www.jakbopee.org /www.jakbopee.net.NOTE:

1. Mere enlisting of any candidate in the annexed list will not confer any right upon him/her, if found

otherwise ineligible.

2. In view of the shortfall received from the Principal, Govt. College of Education Canal Road, Jammu.

The candidates bearing Ranks: 141 (JKPM) selected vide Notification No. 099-BOPEE of 2017 Dated:

17-08-2017 is now treated to have been selected in Open Merit.

3. Rank 722, 745 (RBA) and 262 (5TO) who missed their admission have been selected (reconsidered)

based on their application submitted to this office for the said purposes.

4. This issue without prejudice and subject to the outcome of writ petition pending, if any, before the

Hon'ble Court of Law.
