In this paper, an aspect ratio of 5:1 is
not open hole electric vibrator to produce white
ho l e cause s the theo re t i c a l ana l y s i s and
experimental verif ication. Conf irmed the aspect
ratio of 4:1 or more holes developing due to
residual syrup when developing or bubbles,
drawing power when not open electric vibrator
developing syrup and bubbles cannot be discharged
resistance caused by copper and tin-plated power
is not on, the white hole after etching.
