Introduction:
By definition a Family Resource Network is a
community based organization that serves as the primary
coordinating and planning body for the community’s service
system for children and families. The purpose of the FRN is
to:
1) Assesses community needs
2) Develop local action plans
3) Promote changes
4) Evaluate results
5) Assist state agencies with service
System reform
Mission Statement:
The mission of the Wyoming County Family Resource
Network is to strengthen the network of services through
collaborative delivery processes designed to enhance self-
sufficiency and promote the well-being of all citizens of
Wyoming County.
