Low-maintenance.The bearings of the rotational drive and the drives for the brush in-feed need no maintenance at all – so there’s no need to lubricate. The suspension for the ceiling brush also needs little maintenance thanks to its flat belt. The robust gear rack that activates the side brushes is low-maintenance too. Frequency converters allow for continuously adjustable washing speeds, putting less strain on bear-ings and motor. This translates into low maintenance costs for you.

Robust components.Wherever mechanical forces are at work, there’s a danger that mal-functions might occur. That’s the reason we only use materials of the highest quality. Our guide rails and the tilt protection are extremely durable and less vulnerable. The encapsulated motors made from resistant aluminium are proof of precise workmanship and stand for a long service life.

High-performance, intensive high-pressure cleaning of side panels.Six high-pressure rotors with four nozzles each allow for the cleaning of tank lorries, silo vehicles, garbage lorries and other lorries with rugged surfaces.

High-performance, intensive high-pressure cleaning for roof, front and rear.The roof beam is 360° rotatable, meaning it can follow each and every contour of the vehicle. It is able to clean rugged surfaces and removes even the toughest grime. The high-pressure beam is mounted on vertical guide rails and fixed by a flat belt.

Even cleaning.The double beared of the side brushes – at the top and and the bot-tom – allow for constant surface pressure and an even guiding. The washing result is perceptibly better.

Best results.For best results, we offer a chemical arch and a foam arch that can be mounted either at the entrance of the washing bay or directly on the gantry. A regulation via a light barrier for a targeted and econom-ical use is optionally available too. An optional osmosis arch delivers better drying results with an extra sheen.

Efficient underbody washWe also offer an underbody wash system that efficiently removes dirt and grime from areas that are difficult to access.

Optimal consideration of contours.The positioning of the brushes is detected by contact-free proximity sensors with diagnostic capabilities. Thanks to the fully electronic control of the pressure applied by the brushes, the contours of each individual vehicle can be perfectly traced – for optimal washing re-sults.

Efficient pre-cleaning.The spray lance is what guarantees an efficient pre-cleaning. It applies special cleaning agents that remove tough grime.

Perfect results – even in problematic areas.Your system’s contoured brushes adapt to any kind of vehicle contour – including problematic areas such as roof edges and the chassis.

For all kinds of vehicles.We provide fully automatic washing programs for the exterior clean-ing of lorries, semi-trailers and trailers as well as for busses and coaches, vans and cars. For further kinds of vehicles with varying contours, special programmes are optionally available. We can also provide you with special programmes for small buildings or for stationary drive-through washing, should you not have much space available. Individual programmes are also developed upon request.

MaxiWash Vario Tandem:Two washing gantries for faster cleaning.The MaxiWash double gantry system offers squeaky clean results in a short amount of time. One gantry washes the front half of the vehicle, the other the rear part. You can clean a 12-meter bus within two and a half minutes – in comparison, the MaxiWash Vario system will take up to seven minutes for the same task. MaxiWash Tandem is available with four or six brushes.

MaxiWash Express:Saving time whilst needing less space thanks to the drive-through principle.Four precise working brushes and an optional roof brush: two moveable brushes clean front and rear whilst the driver drives the vehicle through the system. At the same time, two brushes anchored to the outside allow for the spotless cleaning of the side panels. Everything works hand in hand – which means you save a lot of time.
