Discover your dreams because they
are your compass to setting powerful goals.
Dreams are the things you would do if nothing stood in your way.
Reflect back on what makes you happy, and what makes
you YOU, from the last two activities. Now, take a minute to
imagine your life, if nothing stood in your way?
Use the space provided to write or draw what you see.
Look back at the dreams you have created on the previous page.
Goals are what can help you get closer to achieving those dreams.
When you think of setting a goal, think, “what can I do today, tomorrow, and over
the next 6-12 months that will bring me closer to my dreams”. For example, if
your dream is to play the guitar, goals that will get you closer to playing the
guitar are: you sign up for guitar lessons, you learn at least three chords, and
you learn to play your favourite song.
