Companies, especially SMEs, are often unaware of the types of training on offer and do not always know how to access training or training funds.

 Employees lack information on training

opportunities and also lack motivation to train for different reasons.

A lack of real impact of training leads to reluctance from companies and employees to train as they question the benefit of the outcome.

Continuous training systems do not always meet expectations of employees or companies and their needs.

There is a problem of financing, which in many countries seems to be a complex process with many players
