Chapter one.GOD WANTS US TO LISTENThe Word of God says, let every man be swift tohear, slow to speak. (James 1:19)Listening is a form of communication that can beheard by the one whose heart is hurting. I havelearned through God to listen to those who need loveand encourage those who need the truth spoken tothem; this is also in love. We all have problems andfaults. Words are important and we must learn asGods people to comfort those who are in need. I also

feel that a smile can say a thousand words to a personwho is down or discouraged over lifes problems. Weare not always able to offer solutions to their problems

but listening can sometimes give hope. Lending an ear can relieve a person that is in need of comfort.The Word of God says in 2 Corinthians 1:3 Blessed

be God even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, theFather of mercies and the God of all comfort.Verse 4 of Corinthians says, Who comforteth us inall our tribulation, that we may be able to comfortthem which are in any trouble. By the comfortwherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. Letthe Lord, our God, use you for His Glory. Listen tosomeone else and be a comfort and lightfor Jesus, while the awesome God who we serve

comforts you in your trials and tribulations.

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind isstayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee...may theLord lift up his countenance upon thee and give thee

peace. (Isaiah 26:3, Numbers 6:26)Chapter twoGOD S W ILLPraise the Lord Saints! We should always pray theWill of God and not our own will. If you want God towork out things in your life, you have to pray HisWill, Amen. The Word of God says in John 14:14,If you ask anything in My Name I will do it. Wemust realize that all spirit led prayers involve prayingthe will of God, not the will of man. You cannot praythe will of God without knowing His Word. We must

never pick and choose scriptures or take them out of context to fit our desire. We must also be very carefulhow we handle the name of Jesus. His nameis precious His name is holy, as He is Holy. Thename of Jesus isnt a magical word nor ritualistic. Wemust know the real meaning of praying in His Namein order for our prayers to be truly effective. We mustabide in His Word and His name. (See John 15:7) Letus honor and glorify His Holy Name for there is

power in the name of Jesus. Our confidence shouldonly be in god and not man, 1 John 5:4 says And thisis the confidence that we may have in him, that, if weask any thing according to his will, he heareth us.Let us Pray, Our Father which are in heaven, let our

prayers be Your will that you may get your glory. In

Jesus name. Amen

Chapter three

GOD IS A PROMISE KEEPER He will not fail you. He promises that he will never leave thee or forsake thee. (Hebrews 13:5) Praise

God and stop worrying. God knows your needs andHe understands your circumstances. For the Lord is asun and a shield: The Lord will give grace and glory:no good thing will be withhold from them that walk uprightly. Psalm 84:11 Go ahead and stand on Gods

promise, obey His word and His will, then you cantrust in His word. Delight thyself also in the Lordand He shall give thee the desires of thine heart.(Psalm 37:4) Bless His name. Let us pray; HeavenlyFather, thank you for your desires for me, let your will

be done in my life and I will be sure to praise youforever more. Amen.Chapter four WEARYMany of us are going through some kind of test. Weare either going into one or coming out of one;regardless, the word of the Lord says Andlet us not be weary in well doing; for in due season weshall reap, if we faint not...But ye brethren, be notweary in well doing. (Galatians 6:9, 2Thessalonians 3:3) Test and trials are a part of life; thetrials we face reveal the integrity of our faith. We findout what makes us who we are during these difficulttimes. Sometimes we bring things on ourselves andthe Lord may have to chasten us. Hebrews 12:6 says,

For whom the Lord loveth he chastened, andscourgeth every son whom he receiveth. (See verses7-9) Doing extreme hardship, we can sit in the

presence of the Lord. The joy of the Lord isyour strength. (Nehemiah 8:10) One thing about

being a child of God, according to Psalm 30:5,weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in

the morning. No matter how tough things gets, theseare the words of the Lord...I will never leave you or forsake you (Hebrew 13:5 NIV). So be encouraged;what you are going through is only temporary. Go onand praise Him anyway.

GOD W ILL NOT FAIL YOUOur God is full of the love and compassion. His lovewill not fail us. The word of the Lord says inLamentations 3:22 It is of the Lords mercies that we

are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.He is faithful in each new day he gives us. They arenew every morning, great is thy faithfulness.(Lamentations 3:23) We can hope in God and we cansay the Lord is my portion saith my soul, thereforewill I hope in Him. (Lamentations 3:24) Amen!God will guide you through any difficult situation andgive you victory through His love. He will rescue youin times of distress. (Yes, He will!) He is our rock andour refuge. Gods tenderness toward you and His

promise of His everlasting love stands. So you canstand on His promises He has made to you. 2Thessalonians 5:24 says, Faithful is He that callethyou, who also will do it. Praise Him! Mighty is Hiswondrous works!

Let us pray. Our Father, who is in heaven, thank youfor your grace, which is sufficient for us, and your mercy which endures forever. Praise the Lord!

FASTING & P RAYERS BRINGS R ELEASEGod has chosen a fast for His people; in the book of

Isaiah 58:6 the Lordsays, Is not this the fast that I have chosen? To loosethe bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdensand to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke? In the book of Luke there was a womannamed Anna. Anna was a prophetess and a widow of about fourscore and four years. She did not depart romthe temple; but served God with fasting and prayingnight and day. Fasting and praying are twins (graceand mercy). We cannot do one without the other. In

St. Matt. 17:21, Jesus said howbeit, this kind goethnot out but by prayer and fasting. There are somethings we are going to have to fast and pray about. Inyour devotional time with the Lord readIsaiah 58: 6-14 and see what God promised his peoplewhen we fast and pray. Have you been praying andnothing seems to change? I encourage your heart toconsider doing the fast that God has chosen for us.And then stand still and see the salvation of the Lord.Amen.

PRAYERS THAT AVAIL MUCH

Saints, his mercy endures forever and His grace issufficient. Jeremiah 33:3 says, Call unto me, and I

will answer thee and show thee great and mightythings, which thou knowest not. We can trust our God to take care of us in these perilous times. Psalm91:1 says, He THAT dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of theAlmighty. Praise God! War has begun and our onlyreal assurance is in God. We, as Children of God,should be a light to a cold, dying world. People needto know through us that there is hope and that there isno need to fear. In Hebrews 13:5 God has already

promised He will never leave nor forsake us. Faith isthe substance of things we hope for and the evidenceof things not seen. The just shall live by faith and wecan have faith in God because He is true to His Word.He is faithful. Fear has taken over the world and satan

is having himself a ball. But satan knows his time is

short. Hes after as many souls that he can get but, asa child of God, you should not experience fear. Theword of the Lord states For God has not givenus the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and asound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)

I thank God for the ministry that He has called us into.It is so important that we are working daily to winsouls for Christ. I have been blessed to have such ananointed pastor, Bishop Arthur M. Brazier. Let uscontinue to fast and pray for our pastors, our soldiersand our leaders all over the world. We must continueto lift up Africa, the homeless, the shut in, andour children. Let us pray for the souls of all people.Be encouraged and know that God loves you and

yours, and so do I.

TRUST GODSome days are harder than others, but in spite of your circumstances, God is in control. The word of Godsays, Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and leannot unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways

acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.(Proverbs 3:5-6)Patience is a virtue. We can wait on God PromisesandHe will strengthen us to wait. Psalm 27:14 says,Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shallstrengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.In Isaiah 40:31 it says, But they that wait upon theLORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount upwith wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary;

and they shall walk, and not faint. We can rejoice because our strength comes from the God.In Nehemiah 8:10 it says ...for the joy of the LORDis your strength. Receive Gods peace. The wordsays peace I leave with you, my peace I give untoyou, not as the world gives. The Bible is filled of encouragement, more so than any other book

published. The Bible is still the best. Praise God for His Holy Word. Amen.

HOLYHere we see in the old testament how the Lordcommanded His people to be holy. Leviticus 11:45says, For I am the LORD that bringeth you upout of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall

therefore be Holy, for I am Holy. Lets look at whatthe new testament says. 1 Peter 1:15-16 says,But as he which hath called you is holy, so be yeholy in all manner of conversation; because it iswritten, Be ye holy; for I am holy. It is importantthat we live a holy life. In the book of Hebrew, theLord gave instructions again to His people. Follow

peace with all men, and holiness, without which noman shall see the Lord. (Heb 12:14) Living Holy isthe only way to enter into the kingdom of God. Amen.

GOD S WORDJesus answered, It is written, Man shall not live by

bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. (Matt. 4:4) If Godsaid He was going to do something for you, have faithHe will do what He said. In Isaiah 55:11 he said, My

Word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall notreturn unto me void, but it shall accomplish thatwhich I please, and it shall prosper in the thingwhereto I sent it. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the wordof our God shall stand forever. (Isaiah 40:8) Thechoir sings a song I Trust His Word. For the wordof God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul andspirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts andattitudes of the heart. (Heb 4:12 NIV) I love theWord of God. It is true and pure! Let us pray. Thank you for Your Word our Father. It is your promise tous and your Word Gives us hope. Thank You O King.Amen.

ALONE IN HIS PRESENCEOur devotional time and personal relationship withGod should be first and foremost in our lives.Spending time with God before day breaks isessential, as Well as our spiritual growth. I have

experienced that if I dont spent time with the Lordmy day becomes hectic. Being alone in His presenceis like medicine for today as peace and joy comes.Bless His Name! The Holy Spirit does have a way ingetting a child of Gods attention. Being alone in His

presence helps us to cope with our daily task. Youshould do this before you face your family and theworld. You wont regret it with everything going on inthe world. Prayer is a must! We must becomeintercessors for our families and our nation. We must

also go beyond the walls. We must seek the lost likenever before, and not become relax in our spiritualgrowth. We must share the gospel to the nation.Time is short we have been commissioned by God.Its not about us, butGod. (See Psalm 100:3) Amen.

MEEKNESSMeekness is one the fruits of the spirit. (Refer toGalatians 5:22-23) Jesus described himself as meek in Matt.11:29 by saying take my yoke upon you, andlearn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart: and yeshall find rest unto your souls. The opposite of meek is arrogance. It is essential that we apply the wordof God to our lives. Many of us struggle with at least

one or more of the fruit of the spirit. Ask the HolySpirit to help you to walk in the spirit andnot the flesh. God has already forgiven us of our sins.Romans 8:1 says, There is therefore now nocondemnation to them which are in ChristJesus who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit.Let us pray. Our Father which are in Heaven,

sometime we struggle in our walk with You. Help usto walk, talk and think like You. Help us to obey Your word so that You will be please with our lives. Amen.

CONFESSIONSin is bondage and God has set free a born againChristian. In the book of 1 John 1:9 it says, if weconfess our sins, He is faithful and just to cleanse usfrom all unrighteousness. You may say I don't sin

since I have gotten saved, but you can sin in your thoughts, not just with your mouth. There are manymean saints, some still sinning in some kind of way.The Bible says, ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (1John 1:10) If we say that wehave no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is notin us. 1 John 2:1-2 says, My little children thesethings I write unto you, that ye sin not, and if any mansin, we have and advocate with the father Jesus Christthe righteous, and he is the propitiation for our sins;sins and not for ours only but also the sins of thewhole world. Let us pray . Dear Jesus, thank you for dying on the CROSS for our sins and forgiven us,help us to honor and praise you for all the days of our lives and live a holy life, because without holiness no

man can see God. Amen.

DISCIPLINING OUR THOUGHTSIn Romans 12:2 it says, And be not conformed to thisworld: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is good and acceptableand perfect will of God. Our mind is a play field for satan. He is after our minds and his target is our weakness. This is where the word of God comes in.We must be rooted and grounded in His word. If youfind yourself struggling with certain areas of your life,give it over to Jesus and He will fix it.In Isaiah 26:3 it says, Thou will keep in perfect

peace, whose mind is stay on thee; because he trustedin thee. We sometimes complain and get all worked

up over things that vex us, but God has already set usfree from the bondage. Who the son sets free is freeindeed. Glory be to his name. Negative thoughts comefrom the enemy and we must keep our minds free toserve the Lord and His people. In the book of Proverbs (107:20 KJV), it states that He sent hisword, and healed them and delivered them from their destruction. Thank God for His word; that ismedicine for our lives. Amen

JESUS ' R ETURNWhat a day that will be, when Jesus will return for His chosen ones. Gods chosen ones. For the Lordhimself will come from heaven, with a loudcommand, with the voice of the archangel and with

the trumpet call of God. So we will be with the Lordforever. (1Thessalonionas 4: 16-17 NIV) Jesus iscoming and we want as many souls to be won for Christ. We must go out in the high ways and come

bring them in. Ask yourself this question, Are youfollowing in Jesus footsteps? How many souls haveyou won to Christ? I have heard some say all I care

about is me getting to heaven. Thats not Gods way!We are to be a blessing to others. God did notsave us for ourselves, but for his glory. Salvation isfor everyone. God did not send His Son into the worldto condemn the world, but to save the world throughhim. (John 3:17NIV) Anyone who calls upon thename of the Lord will be saved. (Romans10:13 TLB) Let us praise God for a moment. Think about how he did not have to choose us nor save us

because truly we didnt deserve His kindness and

goodness. We all deserve to died without eternallife...No hope...Hell our home. What a mighty God weserve. Let us pray: Thank you Father, who is inheaven, for choosing us from the foundation of theworld. Teach us how to walk in obedience to Your will and word. AMEN.

GOD HEARS OUR PRAYERSThe eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and hisears are attentive to their prayers. (1 Peter 3:12

NIV)Are you praying daily? Sometimes it may feel likeyour prayers will never be answered. This is whereyour faith may be tested. Psalm 34:17 (TBL) tellsus, Yes the Lord hears the good man when he calls

to him for help and saves him out of all histroubles. You may have a family member whorefuses to come to the Lord. KEEP praying! This isthe confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, he heareth us: and if we know that He hears us: whatsoever we ask, weknow that we have the petition that we desired of him

(1John 5:14-15 KJV). I am convinced that God hearsHis people, and many of our prayers have already been answered. Be a blessing to someone by givingyour testimony to someone you know who isstruggling in their spiritual walk with the Lord.Behold, the Lords hand is not shortened, that hecannot save; neither his ear heavy that he cannot hear.(Isaiah 59:1 KJV) He inspires us when he says, Callunto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee greatand mighty things, which thou knowest not. Glory be

to God for His greatness. AMEN

GOD PROMISESThe Word of God says in John 15:7, "If ye abide inme, and my words abide in you ye shall ask what yewill and it shall be done to you. God has promise usmany things and we have to trust Him at His word.Trust that He will come through. Hebrew 10:23(NIV) says, He who promise is faithful. Being achild of God has special benefits. 1Thessalonians 5:24(TLB) says, God who called you to become his child,will do all this for you, just as he promised. Nomatter how long you have been waiting on the

promise of His will, it shall come to pass. Numbers 23:19 (NIV) says, God is not a man, that he

should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change hismind. Does he speak and not act? Does he promiseand not fulfill? Praise God that He is so faithful; if you never trust anyone, you can for sure trust God andHis word. He said in Isaiah 46:11 (KJV), I havespoken it. I will bring it to pass; I have purposed it, Iwill also do it. Glory be to God. What a God he is!

How perfect in every way! All His promises have been proven to be true. Psalm 18:30Amen.

PULLING DOWN STRONGHOLDSWe all need healing somewhere in our walk with God.For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, butmighty through God to pulling down strong holds,casting down imagination and every high thing thatexalt itself against the knowledge of God and bringing

into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. (2 Corinthians 10: 4-5) Satans primarilyattacks the mind. Our thoughts are the first thing hegoes after and when you are at your lowest he willcome to you and whisper, Where is your God now?He will even try to convince you that you are notsaved. That is why it is important that we not onlyread the Word of God, but study it. You can go tochurch on Sunday and go to Bible Class during theweek. We should spend time with God every dayand read His word. When the enemy comes in, youshould be able to tell Satan, IT IS WRITTEN andmemorize the Word of God and use it against his lies.We can rise up and do battle with the Word of God, itis our strongest weapon. Satan hates the Word of God.

He has already been defeated. AT THE CROSS. Wecan quote Gods Word joyfully and tell Satan he is aliar and the father of lies. (John 8:44) The next timehe tells you that you are not saved, you can say Asmany as received him to them gave the power to

become the sons of God even to them that believe onhis name. Glory be to His name. Amen.

WHAT A M IGHTY GOD WE SERVEOur God is Omniscient (all knowing). Our God isOmnipotent (all

power). Our God is Omnipresent (presenteverywhere). Bless His Holyname.We can depend on Him to supply our every need,according to His

riches and glory. (Phil. 4:19). He loves us with aneverlasting love. (Jer.31-3). We can also rejoice in Him because He isJehovah Shammah (His

presence is among His people). He is "Adonai" (GODAlmighty). Weserve a mighty God who is worthy to be praised.His mercy endures forever and for you who arehaving some hard times,His grace is sufficient.Were in perilous times. Psalm 91:1 says; "he thatdwelleth in the secret

place of the Most High shall abide under the shadowof the Almighty.Praise God! We must continue to walk in the light so

that God can useus for His Glory. People need to know that as Goduses us, they can seehope through us. God will get His glory through us if we obey His word.Lets pray for the lost souls and our love ones whohave not surrenderedunto the Lord. The homeless, the elderly, the disabledand all who feelleft out or cast out, which includes the afflicted,terminally ill and eventhose who dwell in Africa and other poor countries.There is so much to

pray about and do for our Fathers Kingdom."AMEN"

GOD HAS MANY NAMES

Our God is awesome and He desire for us to knowHim. His Name isabove every name, and there is no other name under heaven givenamong men, where by we must be saved."In the book of St. John 17: 3, it says And this is lifeeternal, that theymay know thee the only true God and Jesus Christ,whom thou hastsent. In the book of Phil 3:10 KJV, Paul said that Imay know Him inthe power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His suffering, bemade conformable unto his death.Here are a few names of Our God:

Jehovah-Rope - our healer Jehovah-Shalom - the Lord our peace Jehovah- Tssidkenu - the Lord our righteousness Jehovah-Jireh - Our provider To know God and to grow in Him is one of thegreatest gifts man canachieved in his lifetime. Just think, to know Him andin the power of Hisresurrection, it is so amazing. When we ask God and

pray His will for our lives, He hears us. We need God more than ever.We are in spiritualwarfare, and satan is after as many souls as he can get,his time is short.Lets pray:

Dear Jesus, help us to follow your path, and to knowyou for ourselves.

THE GIFT OF GODThe born again believer is saved by grace and gracealone. Ephesians2:8-9 says for by grace are ye saved through faith:and not of yourselves: it is a gift of God, not of works, lest anyman should boast.

No one can work, buy, or do anything to get into theKingdom of God.Its not enough to be good. You can be giving honest,

but it doesntmatter unless a man has been born again. He cannotsee the kingdom of

God just like it states in St John 3:3. Salvation is afree gift from God.You must have faith and believe on the Lord our Savior Jesus Christ.Romans 10:13 says, For whosoever shall call uponthe name of theLord shall be saved.

Lets pray:Our Father, thank you for your amazing grace andyour unmerited favor.Surely we do not deserve anything, but you saved usanyway. We thank you, Amen.

GOD W ILL FIGHT YOUR BATTLEMany of us are in some kind of storm. Whether itsyour job, family or

spouse, God has promised that if you let it go He willsettle your case.God will bring justice in your life in His timing.Somebody may betreating you bad, lying on you, cheating on you...Godsees everythingand nothing gets passed His eyes.You dont need to get revenge. The Word of Godsays He will repay your offender and He willvindicate for you. When we try to fix things that aregoing wrong , the situation gets worse. So the bestthing to do is stand still and wait on God. The Wordof the Lord says,Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: setyourselves stand ye still, and

see the salvation of the Lord. God promisesdeliverance. We mustallow Him to take over the entire situation.Lets pray:O' Lord our King, helps us to wait on you when thingsget out of controland when we have done all we can. Help us to stand.AMEN

NEEDS SUPPLIEDWith all that is going on in the world, fear has takingover in hearts of many people. Unemployment, foreclosure, food, gas,etc., the economyhas many people feeling depressed and defeated.Should the born again

believers fear? No!

The word tells you that God has already made provision for us. Look atwhat Phil 4:19 says, my God shall supply all your needs according tohis riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Praise God.Seeking God first is essential in your every day living.Matthew 6:33tells you what you should be doing. It says, seek yefirst the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all theses things shall

be added untoyou. King David trusted God for his every need. Asit is written inPsalm 37:25, I have been young and now I am old;yea I have not seen

the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.We see here Godwill take care of His children no matter what is goingon in this world.We can keep our eyes steadfast on Him and Hellkeep us in perfect

peace. (Isaiah 26:3) Amen

THE R IGHTEOUSGod has many promises for the righteous. Psalm146:8 says, theLord loves the righteous. Proverbs 10:24 says. thedesire of therighteous will be granted.It is such a joy to know that our Savior keeps Hiscovenant with

pass. Butwhile you are waiting, why not praise Him for Hisgoodness, even

if you are feeling weary. He will show up and showout for HisGlory.Lets pray:Thank thee O' Lord for all the things you have donefor your

people. I am only righteous because of what you havedone for meat the Cross."AMEN"

BEHOLDIn the book of Isaiah 42:9 the Lord encouraged His

I will even make away in thewilderness and rivers in the desert.Are you in the wilderness? Be excited! Rejoice in theLord! Behold Hewill do a new thing for you! Bless the LTHE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITHDid you know that faith pleases God? Hebrews 11:6says But withoutfaith it is impossible to please him: for he that comethto God must

believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of themthat diligently seek HIM. God promised to reward us if we have faith in

Him and if we pray His will not our own. Hebrews 10:38 says,Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw

back, my soulshall have no pleasure in him.We see here God isnt pleased with our unbelief. Wemay not see whatwe are expecting, and we dont need to see. Hebrews11:1 says, Now

K INDNESSClothe yourselves with compassion, kindness... (Col3:12 NIV)Kindness is more than doing good deeds. Its caringfor others everydayof our lives. The Word of the Lord says, Thereforeall thingswhatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do yeeven so to them:for this is the law and the prophets. (St Matt 7:12)

Kindness can beshown by helping those in need, caring about them asyou would carefor yourself. Kindness shows patience, selflessnessand expression intenderness, gentleness, consideration and goodness.Do you know someone who needs your love, in spite

of their attitude?God is always pleased when we show the character of Christ. The wordof God says, A new commandment I give unto you,that ye love oneanother; as I have loved you, that ye also love oneanother. (John13:34)Lets Pray:

HUMBLEHumility is hard to come by these days. Humbles

people dont seek to be great. They let the Lord exalt them in HIS timing.They look honestly at their own weakness and their own need of forgiveness andtherefore they are gentle, patient and forgiving whenothers fall short.They are meek and lowly in heart.

Micah 6: 8 says, and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do

justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly withthy God?The opposite of humble is haughty. The Bible teachesthat pride goeth

before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall

(Prov 16:18).If we want the Lord to work for us, we must remainhumble at all times.Bless the KING!

FEAR Fear can keep you in bondage if you apply the word

of God to your life.II Tim 1:7 says, For God hath not given us the spiritof fear; but of

power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Sometimewe can get allworked up over our problems we cant see the hand of God. You are achild of God. You way has already been made. How?The cross

everything that has been pre-ordained at the cross.God is in control.Isaiah says, fear thou not: for I am with thee be notdismayed: for I amthy God: I will strengthen thee; yea I will help thee;yea, I will upholdthee with the right hand of my righteousness.Trust the Lord He is able. (Ephesians 3:20)Amen

JOYJoy is the fruit of the Spirit. You may not be happy,

but a child of Godshould have joy.Gal 5:22-23 says, But the fruit of the Spirit is love,

joy, peace,longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness,temperance:against such there is no law. Nehmiah 8:10 tells usfor the joy of theLORD is your strength. AMEN!According to the gospel of John 15:11 Jesus said,

These things have Ispoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you,and that your joymight be full. Glory!!St John 16:22, Jesus also said, and ye now thereforehave sorrow: but Iwill see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, andyour joy no mantaketh from you.

A NGER Anger can destroy your life and have a great impacton those you arearound. Do you struggle with an explosive temper?Many of us wish wecould take back our angry words.We can even provoke our children to anger. Eph. 6:4says, And, yefathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bringthem up in the

nurture and admonition of the Lord.Anger can be expressed in many ways. Silenttreatment, cold shoulder,yelling, etc. The power of works can hurt. A carelessword may bringstrife or wreck a life. If you are suffering with ananger problem, seek

God for healing. You can also fast and pray. Godwants His children toconform to His image.Thank you LORD for your love for me. Amen.

GOD S AMAZING LOVEGalatians 2:20 says, ...who loved me, and gavehimself for me.

Just think about it for a second. He die for you andme. Think of thecross everyday and it will help you to realize how

KING, our souls are healed. Many people think healing only applies tothe physical need. But healing is needed in many areasof ones life.Many of us have family members whose soul is sick.They have notsurrendered unto the Lord. Thats why it is importantthat we live a Holylife before the Lord so that others may see your lifeand be healed.A powerful scripture in the Bible tells us, He senthis word, and healedthem, and delivered them from their destructions(Psalm 107:20).Malachi 4:2 says, But unto you that fear my name

shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings.Amen

BREAKTHROUGHWhen we wait for God to act. He gives us strength.The Bible says in

Isa. 40:29, He giveth power to the faint; and to themthat have no mighthe increaseth strength.Sometimes we faint and get weary but verse 30 of thesame chapter says,Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and theyoung men shallutterly fall.Waiting can sometimes cause frustration but thanks beto God for His

promise. Verse 31 says, But they that wait upon theLORD shall renewtheir strength; they shall mount up with wings aseagles; they shall run,and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.Glory be to God! While waiting for your

breakthrough, we need to stayfocused on the right things. Having the right behavior is essential. Hereare some points to remember:- Your breakthrough always involves Gods timing.- Be willing to wait on God for however long it takes- Keep your focus on God not on the problemHave faith in God and He will keep His promises. Heis faithful!

THE TONGUEIn the book of James the Bible talks about how deadlythe tongue can be.The tongue is the most evil among the parts of the

body. Though very

small it can make great boast. Look what I can do!It struts and brags.If can ruin ones reputation and destroy relationships.It can humiliate,embarrass, shame, curse, gossip, etc.James 3:8 says, But the tongue can no man tame; it isan unruly evil,full of deadly poison.James also warns us to take heed as verse 10 states,out of the same

mouth proceedth blessing and cursing. My brethren,these things oughtnot so to be. Who is James talking to? The saints! Allof us say thingswe shouldnt say from time to time, but as we walk with the Lordcorrupt communication should not come out of our mouths.Eph 4:22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the oldman, which is corrupt according to the deceitfullusts.Lets pray:Our Father, help us to control our thoughts and thenour tongues can be

healed. Amen another thing which we shouldconsider is when people betray you, it is a very hurtful , especially in the church. You would think that

people that are called ouy by God would not do such athing but trust me I live it. But thanks be unto Godwhen the Lord give you a scripture that says Blessyour enemies and I did just that and kept right on

praising God. The word of the lord says: But I sayunto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you. do good to them that hateyou, and pray for them which despitefully use you;and persecute you. (St. Matthew 5; 44). It is a very sadthing to be hurt by those you trusted but rest assuredGod will has his vegence. And for that we can trusthim to do His will not ours. Be encouraged God loves
