VISIT TO A HILL STATION

Introduction: Family vacations are the best times of any year. Whenever my holidays

start, I begin wondering which place is going to be our destination this time. We plan a

family vacation every year and this year we decided to visit the famous hill station,

Shimla.

Body: Shimla is the capital of Himachal Pradesh, a famous hill station in India. One of

my friends went to Shimla last year and suggested me the best places to visit in Shimla.

Firstly, we went to experience the most fun filled toy train ride running between Kalka

and Shimla. After this, we visited the famous temples like Tara Devi temple and Jakhoo

temple through trekking. We also enjoyed beautiful natural sceneries and yak riding at

Kufri.

Finally, our evenings were spent in the beautiful Lakkar Bazaar that had a huge

collection of artistic wood items.

Conclusion: Overall, our trip to Shimla was an unforgettable experience. I wish we

would visit this wonderful hill station again.

Ex: Write an essay on “A scene at a Railway Station”.
