Articles are based on current and ongoing research made worldwide. The book was published in the Femina Borealis -publication series, which is the publication forum which concentrates especially on Northern Women and Gender Studies.

…………………………………………Goal of the project is to find new methods and suggestions as measures in dissolving segregation by analysing the past and present projects in training, development and research. The project had a dialogue on procedures with equality staff and researchers as well as with the political and administrative sector.

For the Socially Sustainable Work placeThe Information Campaign
Eliminating Sexual Harassmentin the Work Places 2005-2006
The Aim of the Project:During the project, a one-month information campaign about sexual harassment will be organised in the work places. The goal is to raise awareness and to develop measures to eliminate it.
The International frames of the Project: The project is one part of the international project (Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Finland and Poland), which is coordinated by the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Lodz Poland.
