Highlights of the 65th Winter Show:
• Held at the Park Avenue Armory from January 18-27, the Fair features 70 of the world’s leading experts in the fine and decorative arts. A favorite of collectors, museum curators, and interior designers, the Fair highlights a dynamic mix of works dating from ancient times through the present day. Each object on display is examined for authenticity, date, and condition to ensure that buyers can purchase with confidence.
• The Opening Night Party on January 17, chaired by Fran O’Brien, Division President, CHUBB North America Personal Risk Services, ranks among the top 10 charity events in New York, and the Fair’s visitors make it one of the city’s 15 top annual events in attendance. Chubb returns again this year as the Presenting Sponsor of The Winter Show, marking 23 years of steadfast support from the company.
• The 2019 loan exhibition Collecting Nantucket / Connecting the World will be presented by the Nantucket Historical Association.
• Once again, the Fair will honor distinguished Design Co-Chairs: acclaimed interior designers Frank de Biasi and Victoria Hagan, and award-winning architect John B. Murray.
• Young Collectors Night, on January 24, will again be sponsored by Brooks Brothers and New York magazine.
