THE WINNERS OF D’AMBRO PONDS KIDS FREE FISHING DAY The Kids Free Fishing Day at D’Ambro Ponds, north of Kingman, held on May 24

th was quite successful with 150 kids

participating. Mohave County Sheriff’s Office along with Arizona Game and Fish assist with this annual event. Participants were awarded 1

st place trophies and 2

nd place trophies in the Junior Division (ages 5-9) and in the Senior

Division (ages 10-16) for the “Biggest Fish” and “Biggest Stringer” categories. For the Junior Division, the 1

st place trophies were awarded to Taelon Thomuson for the “Biggest Fish” and Alexis Boslett

for the “Biggest Stringer”. The 2nd place trophies were awarded to Thomas Holbrooks for the “Biggest Fish” and Abigayle Harviston for the “Biggest Stringer”.

For the Senior Division, Joey Maragno was awarded two 1st place trophies for the “Biggest Fish” and “Biggest Stringer”

while Travis Bates was awarded two 2nd

place trophies for the “Biggest Fish” and “Biggest Stringer”.
