Accommodation

The property comprises a main villa and two annexes, each one with an independent entrance.

MAIN VILLAThe villa was renovated in 2011 and is divided into two floors connected by an external staircase. The ground floor is composed of two wings with independent entrances: one gives access to the hall where you can have lunch or dinner beside a rural fireplace. Also available are a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

On the other side of the villa is another entrance that leads to an apartment (with two rooms, each one with two double beds and a bathroom). There are two doors on the second floor: one leads to a room with living room, sofa bed, double room and a bathroom with shower stall.

The other door leads to a small hallway and into another apartment with living room, sofa bed, double room and bathroom with shower stall. In the hallway, there is also a wooden staircase that leads to an attic with a large living room, a corner sofa bed, a double room with a bed and finally to another double room with bathroom and a shower stall.

ANNEX 1.

The first annex is located about 20 meters away from the main villa and is composed of a large living room with fireplace, Jacuzzi tub with four seats and a sofa bed. A door leads to a corridor with two bathrooms, a double room and another room with a bunk bed. The annex has its own patio surrounded by olive trees and a large garden.

ANNEX 2.

Just like the first one, the second annex is located a few meters away from the main villa and has an entrance, a single room with two armchairs and a bathroom with shower stall and a double room.

The annex also has a private panoramic terrace that offers an amazing view of the valley where the estate is located. All double beds are queen-size.

Library

The library is very close to the main villa and comprises two rooms with armchairs, sofas and independent heating system. The perfect place to read a book or simply enjoy some privacy.

The garden

The main gate leads to the parking area and to a delightful garden where seven thousand-year-old olive trees grow. The garden stretches over an area of over 2.000 square meters where you will find rose gardens, lavender and rosemary.

A few steps away from the main villa is a red-brick veranda with two gazebos and tables with chairs for the guests. The terrace surrounds an 8-seats Jacuzzi tub where you can admire the unique landscape of Umbria and relax while enjoying a drink. Tables, armchairs and chairs are at your disposal in the various patios of the garden.
