Bikram Yoga is a beginner’s style of yoga. A 90 minute class consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each posture is done twice. The room is heated to 40°C. Primary Ethics is a charity that creates curriculum and recruits, vets, trains and supports volunteers to teach philosophical ethics to children in NSW public schools who don’t go to the available scripture classes. That’s 100,000 children each week who are otherwise relegated to passive supervision. We currently have curriculum written for primary school children aged 5-12 years. After four years of operation, we now have over 1,700 volunteers who teach 27,000 kids each week in 375 primary schools across the state.
