“Good Afternoon, My name is Anthony Mull and I'm sending this email regarding the staff at the Teen Summer Camp at Country Place
Park. This summer was my son's second summer at the camp while visiting from Atlanta. It is rare that I've seen a teenager who was reluctant about participating, make total transition and become fully involved with the staff and his peers. I have personally watched Coach Kim along with Coach Moore and the rest of the staff embrace my son, encourage, and motivate him to the best that he can be for himself. Staff members like Coach Kim are a value to the community and I just wanted to take the time to make sure that she is acknowledged for her good work. I'm sure my son is not the only person who has had the privilege of being under her leadership.” — Anthony Mull Sr.
“I received [the above email] from a parent whose child attended the country place summer teen camp. He was really impressed with
the program and the job Coach Kim did. I would like to congratulate her on a job well done an let her know that she will be missed at Northdale.” — Pat Cullina
“Awesome job Kim! Thanks for everything you do for the community we all serve.” — Adrienne Rouse
“I received a call from Doug Zizzy, whose son attends the Camp Sparks program managed by Melinda Wheatley. Doug wanted to
take time to call and compliment the dedicated staff and program that is in place for special needs children. He expressed gratitude and amazement over the dedication shown by the staff members, and the improvements that he has seen in his child’s participation of the program. He wished to express his thanks to higher management and asked that accolades be shared with staff. I told him that I would be happy to pass along the message, and also insure that we have something posted to our employee blog highlighting the staff there.” — Michelle Sekouri, Executive Assistant to Michael S. Merrill, County Administrator
