I want to wish everyone a very happy Passover. I hope you have a joyous holiday and if you are still thinking about how and where to celebrate the holiday, please remember that Kehillat Ma’arav is having a community-wide seder on the first night, Friday, April 19th. If you are interested, please call the office to get more information and to RSVP.

The nominating committee is currently meeting to nominate new board members for 2019/2020. If anyone is interested in being more involved at KM please let me or Joel Krischer know you want to be considered. We are always in need of new blood and fresh ideas.

I hope many of you made it to the Purim celebration. It was a blast. It was great to see the young, old and in-between dressed up and enjoying the holiday. Thank you to all the volunteers who worked their tails off.

Access Books sets up libraries in underfunded schools in the LA area. Her goal is 500 books which includes 280 from her own collection.
