The new Condominiums sit where three old hotels once stood. “The two, twenty- unit condos being built have been named after two of the old hotels that once stood on the property ‘The Browning’ and ‘The Columbian’”, according to Steve Holt of Howard Hanna Holt Realty who is marketing the project. “We wanted to have the rst vacation condos on the lake set in a village-like atmosphere. This concept appeals to the new owners as they can walk out their doorstep and to the restaurants and shops in and around Bemus Point,” said Holt. Each of the forty-three bedroom condominiums (either two or three bath) are facing the lake, giving the owners a spectacular view of their surroundings. Additionally, each has a patio or deck so they are able to sit and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets that Chautauqua Lake has to offer. If its one thing the condo complex has it is amenities. From the bay front in-ground heated swimming pool, down to the private boat slips, this project seems to have it all. The condos stress ease of life so one can come and go without having to worry about maintenance of the grounds or cleaning the pool. Y ou park in your covered garage, enter through a secured entry way and take the elevator up to your three bedroom air- conditioned condo.  Heart , by pioneering scientist,Dr. Gunther von Hagens, willopen for the first time in NewYork at the Buffalo Museumof Science for a limitedengagement. The exhibitionis sponsored by BlueCrossBlueShield of Western NewYork and M&T Bank.

BODY WORLDS & TheStory of the Heart is organizedaccording to the majorsystems of the body, includingthe locomotive, nervous,reproductive, digestive andcardiovascular systems. Theexhibit also features a specialpresentation on the heart,revealing through the lenses

of anatomy, cardiology,psychology and culture howthis four-chambered musclenourishes, regulates andsustains life. Through thelife-like and dramatic posesof full-body specimens and

detailed presentation of organs and body parts, guestsgain profound insights intothe structure and function of healthy and unhealthy bodies.   BODY WORLDS specimens,both organs and whole-bodies, have undergonePlastination - Dr. von Hagens’groundbreaking method of 

halting decomposition andpreserving the body afterdeath for medical study,which he invented in 1977.During Plastination, all bodilyfluids and soluble fats arereplaced with reactive resinsand elastomers such as siliconrubber and epoxy resins,through a vacuum process.After gas, heat, or light curing,the specimens assume rigidityand permanence.

As part of Bradford SummerDaze Events, the Roseart

Company has announcedplans to present a ZippoLighter Show July 17-18,2009 at St. Bernard ParishCenter in downtown Bradford.

Zippo collectors will be set upto buy, sell and trade Zippolighters or Case knives. Theevent is scheduled for Friday,July 17 from 9am-5pm andSaturday, July 18 from 10am-2pm.

  job representing the 150th

 Anniversary of the discoveryof oil in Pennsylvania.Tickets can be obtained fora $20 donation until thewinning ticket is drawn at theconclusion of the run. Winnerneed not be present to win.

“Every year, we haveparticipants travel from as faras North and South Carolina,Ohio, Maryland, Texas,Florida, and Canada to ride inthis event, while some othershave only a few blocks totravel. We are thankful forevery person that takes timeout of their busy lives to spendthe day at this run,” event
