MOHAMMAD RIDHWAN BIN MOHAMAD NASIR HAMIZIL FAKHRI BIN MAT RANI MUHAMMAD HASMADI BIN HASSIM MOHD AMIN HAFIFI BIN ABDUL HALIM
Objectives Our target on this research is: -To find and solve problem in agriculture -To introduce new agricultural technology
Problems Statement. Lack of land space Costs in the delivery of food supplies Agricultural products are exposed to pesticides Weak management system affect the productivity. Water containing pesticides and fertilizer wastes are not controlled. Ecosystem destruction
INTRODUCTIONConcept of this idea
What is Vertical Farm? Changing the way of farming from horizontal to vertical. New agricultural technique in order to maximizing the use of the land. These farms will be developed in major urban centers as a farm shopping centre concept. Concern about the environmental, recycling waste and farming system. Vertical farming could provide year round food production and better crop production

Problem Solving. Building design reduce the use of space and land. Strategic location provide food directly to consumer. Human labor and machinery reduced, price of product reduce. Easy to controlled from pest because smaller farm crops. Management system becomes more efficient due to be placed in a building that has a certain layer can be arranged and coordinated to increase revenue productivity. Excess water recycle and filtration reduce soil and water pollution
Design Process Level1-Level 1 contains the market, cleaning and processing space, as well as aloading zone. The growth zone is brought continously down to the street level to provide some visual interaction with the public.
Level2-The second level contains the Learning Center, with educational
displays regarding the current state of agriculture, the science of hydroponics and techniques for home inte-gration
Level3-The third level contains a lecture hall and gallery, along with a cafe andoutdoor seating
Level4-The fourth level contains flexible classroom space, as well as thecontinuing growth zone.
Level8-On levels 8 of monitoring stations to supervise nutrient levels, plantproduction and mechanical systems for the building, as well as potential supervision for external sites.
Advantages Vertical Farm Crops will be protected from harsh weather conditions and disturbances. Fresh crops product direct to consumer. The use of chemicals as pesticides will be eliminated Waste management and

Conclusion A Vertical Farm offers a real Millennium iconic. Vertical Farm offers among other benefits like re-growth of forests and carbon sequestration, is a local food economy, a shortened route from producer to consumer, a self-dependant. From our research, we conclude that we achieve our goal to solve problem and introduce vertical farm to society.
