The Four-Diamond Madison’s restaurant is known for some of the best dining in Western North Carolina. The talented
culinary team hand crafts each dish with farm-to-table, sustainable ingredients to
bring out the most abundant flavors nature has to offer. Madison’s Wine Spectator list
features an exceptional selection.
Trillium TerraceFor welcome receptions, farewell brunch and
rehearsal dinners of up to 120 guests including Edwards Hall and bridal luncheons
for up to 60 guests.
Trillium Terrace is an intimate, grassy courtyard setting with a beautiful stone wall on one side and the entrance to Edwards Hall on another.
The Edwards Hall hosts private dining events and meetings in its four event/meeting rooms including the Executive Board Room and the Trillium Outdoor Terrace. It offers
full-service catering, a Business Center and state-of-the-art audio-visual support with free wireless internet.
For rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, bridesmaid luncheons, banquets and private dining
for up to 125 guests.
Edwards Hall
For welcome and after parties, rehearsal dinners, weddings
and going away brunches for up to 150 guests.
With its large floor plan and expansive bar, the Springhouse
is the perfect setting for your post or pre celebrations.

Rockwood Lodge is a vast family estate located approximately 20 minutes
from Highlands. Designed in the mountain vernacular with beautiful wood and stone, Rockwood Lodge features eight bedrooms
and multiple gathering areas— indoors and out— and chefs’ kitchen with large center island
for entertaining. The home sits atop 350 acres of rolling hills. The spectacular
mountaintop setting is one of the highest peaks in town, offering panoramic
views of the surrounding mountains.

The Farm at Old Edwards spans 33 acres of lushly landscaped
gardens. Native elements of wood and stone emerge from a
landscape that is pure magic, a land where fairytales emerge… with happy endings, of course.

Heart pine flooring, Adirondack-style furnishings
and a substantial stone fireplace provide a casually elegant setting. The 1,230 square-foot Barn may be utilized for the pre-reception
area or for the wedding ceremony. From The Barn, barn doors open onto the 4,900 square-foot stone
Barn Pavillion with space to accommodate up to 275 guests.
This indoor/outdoor area is bordered by lush perennial
gardens and covered arbors, which mirror the rough wood
siding and tin roof of The Barn.
The all-white wedding garden provides a magical setting for guests. From the charming
Ceremony Lawn and Bride’s Pavilion in the English garden to the white arbor, and a stone terrace and aisle,
this garden is an ideal backdrop for the beginning of your new life together.
For intimate weddings with 50 guests or less, The Barn or Trout Pond may be used for the ceremony.

Two Nights Accommodations Minimum
One of Highlands’ oldest residences, Hutchinson House is a four-bedroom farmhouse
nestled among an enchanting wooded setting that includes nature walks, natural water
features, gazebos, grassy lawns, and several garden spaces. It’s perfect for acoustic, non-amplified
entertainment. Built in 1878, this historic property is located one block east on Main Street from
Old Edwards Inn and Spa, providing guests with walking access to all the shopping, dining
and culture that Highlands has to offer.

Welcome receptions, farewell brunches, picnics and rehearsal dinners up to 180 guests. Two Nights Accommodations Minimum
Piermont Cottage features 4 bedrooms, three-and-one-half bathrooms and a full kitchen. Directly off the kitchen a beautiful stone terrace
can be tented, and the ceremony lawn provides the perfect location for an outdoor garden wedding.
The Piermont Cottage is located in town within walking distance to Old Edwards Inn and is perfect for acoustic, non-amplified entertainment.
The rental price includes two nights’ accommodations in the 4 bedroom house,
the use of the ceremony lawn and rental of the reception terrace.

Surrounded by fourteen acres of fields, forests and streams, Half-Mile Farm graces the land
with beautiful patios, courtyard and grounds, a heated pool, a forest trail, a six-acre lake and two stocked ponds. An expansive green lawn cascades down a long hill to the private lake
creating a picture perfect wedding scene.
Inside, sumptuous bedding, comfy robes and many luxury touches welcome you
to your guestroom.

The recently renovated 1870’s Farm House, with its front porch
and sweeping view of Apple Lake, offers a quiet repose for an intimate
ceremony. The front lawn offers a magnificent milieu for any special
occasion. Flagstone patios, elegant landscaping, and a center courtyard are just part of what will make your wedding memorable and magical.
