They grow in the ﬁelds as well as in their high tunnel, hoop houses, and large climate-controlled greenhouse. They are able to offer tomatoes, peppers, herbs, and salad greens year round by using sustainable wood burning heaters. Utilizing these farming techniques also enables the farm to cultivate unique produce items such as exotic sweet and hot peppers and heirloom and hybrid tomatoes, to name a few. They are proud to be a part of the “locally grown” movement which provides optimal taste and nutrition to their customers. They stand behind this movement and guarantee their product is harvested vine-ripened and delivered locally.
