Positions Available

Food service is one of the largest and most diverse departments in the Park with six food court fast food restaurants serving our guests. Duties include: learning all aspects of the unit, taking food/drink orders, serving our guests, working a cash register, preparing food orders and cleaning assigned work stations. Candidate must have good customer service skills, be able to juggle multiple tasks and have ability to accurately count and give change to the customers.

Food & Beverage Attendants

Games attendants: Traditionally they are the most out-going and & enthusiastic group in the Park. Job duties include interacting with guests, encouraging guests to play midway games, provide courteous, efficient and friendly customer service, awarding prizes and maintain all work areas clean. Cash handling: Follow all the guidelines for cash handling. They should greet every guest with a smile and provided great guest service during all transactions.

Games Attendant

Loss Prevention associates are responsible for detecting, reporting and resolving matters in the area of inventory shortage, cash handling and theft. Works closely with staff from all departments to ensure consistency in implementation of company policies and procedures.

Loss Prevention Associate

The Sales associate assists Park patrons, work on the cash register, set up displays, keep the store clean, and shelves stocked. Position is best suited for a person who is friendly, likes to interface and serve guests, has a high level of professionalism and the ability to accurately count and give change to the guest. Past retail experience is a plus but not required.

Merchandise Associate

Maintain a safe operation environment for Park personnel and guests. Security officers patrol buildings, grounds, and safeguard Park property. Handles duties requires at the Command Center, including but not limited to: monitoring a multi-screened monitor and dispatching security personnel to required locations; work with Harbor Patrol, Santa Monica Police and Fire Departments and Lifeguard personnel on emergency search and recovery activities.

Security

Rides attendants are responsible for the daily operations of the rides here at Pacific Park. Rides attendants should be out-going, friendly people who: 1. Smile 2. Are willing to go the extra mile to ensure our guest have a great day! Ride attendants must also ensure the safety of our guests on the rides by following departmental operational procedures and watching and observing our guests and the equipment they support.

Rides Attendants

Audit all revenues (monies) generated in the Park. The environment is similar to a bank and by nature under high control and security. Need conscientious, reliable applicants with good math skills and ability to follow department procedures. Must be 18 years old and be able to work late hours.

Revenue Clerk

Grounds attendants perform janitorial and preventive maintenance services throughout the Park. Duties include: cleaning and vacuuming administrative offices, cleaning restrooms, sweeping Park pier decking, waxing and mopping floors, cleaning spills, collecting trash, cleaning counters and table top surfaces, etc. Must have stamina, agility and strength to correctly lift and move equipment, maintenance tools, supplies and materials. You will be working with cleaning chemicals and supplies. Must be able to lift approximately 50 pounds (anything over 50 pounds requires assistance) Repetitive motion required on a daily basis and may include bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, squatting, and lifting Responsibilities. Will be required to stand, bend, reach, lift and repeat cleaning motions utilizing cleaning supplies.
