against him larceny was discharged and three new ones filled One charging him with burglary another with larceny and the third with receiving stolen property to all of which he pleaded not guilty waived examination and was bound over to the district court He is now in jail aid is guarded day and night so his oft repeated boast that he will never be brought to trial will probably be vain This
