Well, at our Club kitchen the good old real food is the religion. It is the foundation of Chef Patrick Desmoulins’s culinary adventure at our Club. His belief in fresh, non-processed, non- frozen ingredients is enviable. In Chef’s words, “processed or frozen food is against my culinary religion”. Every meal in our kitchen is created with the freshest of ingredients, thoughtfulness and care. So bon appetite to all experiencing our Club’s culinary creations.
