HOW IT WORKS: Come to the Fellowship at 5:30 pm Saturday evening 9/29. BEFORE: Review the catalog, note items you wish to bid for on.

Prices are stated per person unless noted otherwise. Please check your calendar and only bid on events you are available to attend. You win it, you bought it!

CHILDCARE: Childcare will be provided at the Fellowship with advanced

notice. If you are bringing children please contact Susan Stenovec by Wednesday 9/26 and let her know the names and ages for the children. ([email protected])

BRING: A dish to pass and a personal beverage (cork screws and

bottle openers available). Take your dish to the courtyard, then return to the social hall with your beverage. Find a table and then check in. There will be a call when the buffet is ready.

CHECK IN: Enroll your credit card if you will pay with Vanco/credit, get

a Bidder Number and Paddle and pick up a scorecard. RAFFLE: Purchase raffle tickets for one of four gift prizes. EAT: Enjoy your meal and the good company and prepare to bid
