The Ultimate Wine Fantasy Experience:
Dear Friend,
My name is Yves de Boisredon, the owner of The Baron of Wine,
Inc. and I would like to invite you to join my American wife and
me on a private Ultimate Wine Fantasy Experience - The only 5
star wine tour of France.
Why is this the only 5 star experience? Simply because I am the
only real Baron, living in the United States, that has access to the
people of influence and Chateaus we will be visiting. We are
going to have a fabulous time dining with the families at some
of the most famous Chateaus in the world while learning
about wine and experiencing the best France has to offer.
This all-inclusive experience includes first class hotels, the
bullet train through the countryside of my homeland France,
and dinner with people the average person could not get
access to. This is guaranteed to be an experience of a lifetime.
I am only taking a limited number of people for this amazing
experience. I hope you will be among them.
Cheers!

“Absolutely amazing! The really interesting thing
is we tried a 2003, a 2009 and 2010 from similar
grapes but the wines, because of the aging and
the way the weather was during the year for the
vintage, were completely different. We’ve learned
so much. Had you talked to me a couple of days
ago prior to coming on this wine trip I wouldn’t
have been able to talk to you about the different
qualities of wine. Its been wonderful and if anyone
has the opportunity or you’re interested in taking
The Ultimate Wine Fantasy Experience, I highly
recommend it. It’s absolutely wonderful!”

Yves changed my perspective completely…“My Name is Soraya Cayen. I’m the owner of Cayen Jewelers in Carmel.I was enchanted by Yves when he came to teach me and some of myclients how to really appreciate a nice bottle of wine. Up until this day, when I met the Baron of Wine, I never realized that I did not know howto taste wine. Yves changed my perspective completely by showing methe process by which you understand how to connect your mind andyour palate to appreciate a bottle of wine.”

“You have shared your friends, you have shared personal moments and the story that touched me the most was the story about your dadand saving the vines. That was very personal and you didn’t have to share that but you did because we feel like we are family here and I amjust thankful for it.”

“Today was quite remarkable. I realized that what I wasexperiencing was the transformation of the impossible into theactual possible. Being on The Ultimate Wine tour … if someonehad told me when I was a little girl that I was going to come toFrance and be invited into these Castles I would have said, ‘you’recrazy’. But, here I am. I’m in all these Castles. We are only halfwaythrough the trip and I’m not just being invited in, but beingwelcomed as part of the family with my friends and eating foodthat has been prepared by the people that own these places. It’smagical. I would recommend it.”

I was totally intimidated by the whole business of wine, then I met Yves de Boisredon….“I was totally intimidated by the whole business of wine – how to order it, how to drink it. Then I met Yves de Boisredon. Yves knows more aboutwine than anyone I have ever met. Yves taught me how to appreciate all of wine's beauty, from the nose, to the color, to all the nuances of flavor.Yves is a brilliant, gentle teacher. The world of wine is now part of my world, and wine appreciation has enriched my life beyond measure.Discovering the world of wine with Yves is one of the great gifts one can give oneself, initially enhancing confidence, and then adding a wonderfulrichness and beauty to life. The French have long known: there is joy and romance in good wine. The Baron of Wine will enhance your life."

“The other difference between this tour and a lot of tours is the places that we went; not onlyare they the homes of the people that own the vineyards, but the actual people who own thevineyards are the ones taking us around. They're explaining their history and their heritageand their kids and how their family grew their estates and things like that. It’s not a personthat works for a company that’s explaining everything. It’s the people and their passion abouttheir entire heritage. And so, it’s very, very, very important I think and for me this isn’tsomething that I would normally do and I am very, very happy to be here.”

“There is nothing like this in the world. You can go on any wine trip you want, but when you come on The Ultimate Wine Tour, it’s what it is. It’s The Ultimatebecause it’s the behind the scenes, the personal relationships with Yves. There is nothing like it. There is no wine tour anywhere that even comes close. The thingthat blew me away too was how long Yves has known some of these people…. Forty years. So there is nobody else that does any wine tour that could put youbehind the scenes and in touch with these people and they don’t open their homes or Chateaus or wineries to anybody but Yves. That’s the difference betweenriding in an old Nova, which is like all of the other wine trips and then coming and cruising in a Rolls Royce. This is the Rolls Royce of all wine experiences.”

“In vino veritas. In wine there is truth. The truth of the culture that youhave connected us to, the truth of what you have shared; from everyonethat you’ve shared it with and from all of us together, finding our owntruth in those experiences is amazing. It’s not about the wine. It’s notabout the places and the architecture. The buildings are amazing andstunning but they're lived in. These are not something you walk by andlook at and it’s all roped off. We’re in people’s homes, crawling throughprivate wine basements. They don’t just hang out there, they don’t justexist, they live there. It is their life that they have shared with us. That isthe truth of this trip. That is the truth of this experience. It has connectedall of us to a different country, different families, and a different time. Iam deeply honored. Thank you Yves.”
