ESF 2021 Early Booking T&C’s: Register your team(s) by 31 Aug 2020 and book your accommodation by 30 Sept 2020 to qualify as an ESF Early Booker and save 50% on Team/Club Registration Fees. Accommodation for your whole party, including players, families, managers and supporters, must be booked through ESF Events. If members of your party book alternative accommodation, which is not through ESF Events, the team will not be permitted to participate in the festival. Accommodation prices are per person (£ Inc VAT) for 3 nights accommodation and include ESF Wristbands and Butlin’s entertainment passes. Balconies, Patios and Sea Views may be available as an optional extra for an additional charge of £5 per person in some grades of accommodation. Additional grades of accommodation may be available. A moderate charge may apply to some facilities at Butlin’s. *In accordance with SYFA guidelines, the U8-U12 age sections at ESF 2021 in Ayr are played on a non-competitive, friendly basis, so teams in these age sections cannot qualify for the ESF Grand Finale at St George’s Park. Team/Club Registration Fees are non-refundable should you cancel your Team/Club booking and are in addition to the accommodation prices shown. The ESF 2021 Calendar is now confirmed and registration is open with our Early Booking Offer. Register your team(s) by 31 Aug 2020 and you’ll qualify for 50% Off Team/Club Registration Fees, as well as 1 free place for every 25 paying guests in your touring party. Over 750 teams took advantage of the Early Booking Offer last year, so it’s advisable to register as early as possible to secure a place at your first choice ESF 2021 venue.

Win your age section at one of the ESF 2021 venues above* and your team will qualify for the ESF Grand Finale, our Champions event. The ESF Grand Finale is staged at the home of England’s National Football teams - St George’s Park.
IMPORTANT All English teams wishing to enter ESF 2021 must supply their County FA Affiliation Number (begins with letter W for 2020/2021 season). This can be advised at a later date if you have not received it from your County FA yet. Teams from other countries must obtain written permission from their National Association to attend ESF 2021, which must be emailed to ESF Events at least 6 weeks prior to the festival.
Please indicate the number of squads to be registered in each age group. i.e. to enter 3 squads in the U8, please write 3 x U8
