About the showThe I Do Wedding Exhibitions are the biggest and most attended one day wedding shows in the UK. Other tour locations include Derby, Leeds, Leicester, Harrogate, Nottingham and Sheffield. Each show is free for brides to enter, every guest receives a free luxury goody bag and drinks reception, as well as enjoying three amazing catwalk shows, live entertainment and an outdoor display including transport and food stalls.
The venueThe show is held in the impressive, purpose built, Lazarus Exhibition Hall at Doncaster Racecourse, located just through the main entrance doors.
Easy access from the motorway and free unlimited parking for both exhibitors and brides make accessing the show and setting up as stress-free as possible.
Once inside the main building, visitors will be greeted to a bright, spacious, modern venue, which opens up into the huge exhibition hall, boasting high ceilings, plenty of lighting and fantastic facilities.
AttendanceThe I Do Wedding Exhibitions see more brides and visitors through the doors than any other one day wedding show in the UK. The show averages on 1000 brides and an overall footfall of 2300 people through the doors.
The shell schemeAll the stands within the show use a shell scheme system with top fascia boards. The shell scheme uses a series of panels, frames and poles to form the area you will use to promote your business on the day. The standard sizes available are 3x2 metre and 3x1 metre, however, larger sizes are available, please call and ask.

There will be three catwalk shows throughout the day, taking place on our immaculate purpose built catwalk stage.
The professionally produced show combines male and female models showcasing anything from lingerie to kilts, strutting and dancing to high quality sound tracks and lighting display.

The Show ProgrammeEvery bride-to-be that attends the show will be handed a programme of events by the I Do Registration team.
This is a minimum 16 page A4 brochure containing details of all the day’s exhibitors. Take advantage of the Programme advertising, this will bring you extra publicity on the day. as well as after the exhibition, as brides will save this as a keepsake of the event and use it to contact any suppliers they saw at the show.
