• Flavours to suit different community needs but with common standards underlying & common tools for production and usage
UK e-Infrastructure
• Ongoing £200M per year investment• Additional capitol investment £145M
• Reinventing the wheel syndrome...
UK has produced tools and services for e-Science that should be reused.
NGI umbrella should give communities confidence in their longevity and sustainability
