Since the presentation of the Strategy by the European Commission back in September 2007
| Recognition of the crucial role played by veterinary practitioners by the Agriculture Council| Support of the UEVP amendments by the European Parliament as regards farm visitation system and accreditation of the veterinary schools
| UEVP is now represented among the Animal Health Advisory Committee
Burning dossier for the UEVP: the new animal health strategy for the EU
