One sunny day there were two cats. There was one orange cat, her name was Destaney. There was one gray cat, her name was Ashley. They were the best of friends. They wanted to go for a walk in the park.
When they got to the park they played with a ball of yarn. They tossed around the yarn. They played soccer with the yarn. Then they got all wrapped up. So they ate the yarn.
Then they went to Ashley’s house. When they got to her house they had a bowl of cat food and a warm bowl of milk. Then they took a nap. Ashley was sound asleep, but Destaney was awake. So, Destaney stayed awake.
When Ashley woke up Destaney said, “I can not sleep at all.” Then Ashley went to finish her bowl of milk. So Destaney followed Ashley, so she could finish her milk too. They finished it in 3 seconds. Then they took another cat nap.
The next day Destaney ate her cat food and drank her warm milk. Ashley only drank her warm milk because she didn’t feel good. After that they played with another ball of yarn. Ashley whacked the ball out the door and it hit the tree outside their house. Then they went outside to play with the yarn.
When they went outside they found a mouse playing with their ball of yarn. Then the mouse ran away when Destaney scared him. After that Ashley and Destaney played with the ball of yarn. Then a blue jay came down from the sky and took the ball of yarn. Destaney ran after the blue jay, but the blue jay took the ball of yarn up to her nest.
So Destaney and Ashley tried to climb the tree where the blue jay was. When Destaney and Ashley got to the top of the tree the blue jay started to talk to Ashley. The blue jay said, “If you guys want to share the ball of yarn, we can, if you would like to.”
So the blue jay and the two cats, Ashley and Destaney, shared the ball of yarn. They became the best of friends forever.
