Annual Meeting

Notes

We had our annual meet-ing on Tuesday night, October 24th. We thank everyone who came out. Jeanette Hantke was elected to another three year term and we added 2 new Board members Joe Collins and Sharon Churchill.

We updated the attendees on the projects we have going in the community and heard some of your neighbors concerns.

We hope that folks will continue to join us for these meetings. If you are interested in any of the community commit-tees, please feel free to reach out to the Timbers Newsletter email.

Last Month’s Board Meeting

We met in September. We discussed the placement of the new waste

cans that have been distributed around the community. We had a

neighbor come to discuss the mulch in the playground areas. The com-

munity is going to look into other mulch for Spring.

We are discussing moving to an electronic newsletter but that requires our neighbors signing up

for the electronic newsletter. If you would like to receive this newsletter electronically send your

request to: [email protected]. Our Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/

to East Coast Management.
