» Tree Wise Men appointed as Project Arborist » 4 trees were to remain on Stephen street for 3-6
years » 2 trees were found to be viable and 2 were
replaced » 6 mature palm trees will be transplanted from
within site to the parkland » Infill planting weeping lilly pillies » Oak retained to shade Dillon Street Reserve » Trees T5 and T130 removed as part of DA
Modification 2 to the benefit of adjacent heritage and significant trees
Land Dedication » 1366m2 of land to be dedicated
to council for footpath widening on Stephen Street and the expansion of the Dillon St reserve (Planning Agreement - VPA).

» Use of electric tower crane in lieu of diesel town crane
» All building, demolition and associated site works (including site deliveries) must only be carried out between the hours of 7.00am to 5.00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive and between 8.00am to 12.00pm on Saturdays
» Control measures will be established including use of appropriate and well-maintained equipment
» Noise and vibration monitoring utilised when required
» A stabilised driveway to minimise the tracking of dirt on public roadways
» Cleaning of construction vehicles prior to exit
