International SX Industries Inc, a Canadian registered public Company on the FSE, through its wholly owned subsidiary SX Gold Inc , was formed to identify developed or producing mining properties in South American countries and to take advantage of management experience and expertise in the South American mining industry to identify mining prospects that lend themselves to rapid development, production and, ultimately, the enhancement of shareholder value. The Company focuses on opportunities in strategically important locations where prospectively can be demonstrated by proximity to existing deposits and current producing properties.

The ProjectsThe rivers and streams in this area flow from the prolific Andean

Mountain range into a basin- carrying the gold and heavy mineral sands. Its in this area that SX Gold management has focused its project development.

A closer view of Huepetuhe. As shown below, the rivers and streams flow from the mountains into the basin - carrying the gold and heavy mineral sands. The informal miners in this area are mining right up those rivers.

An even closer view of the Huepetuhe area. Only 10m of depth has been mined due to primitive mining methods. It is estimated that this entire area has gold-bearing material to 40-60 metres.

The entire basin rich in gold is approximately 8,500,000 hectares containing roughly 2.55 trillion m3 of volume. (*considering a pay depth of 30m - studies have shown a pay depth of 40-60m).

About Alluvial Mining

Tends to be of a lower cost than hard rock mining as it requires less planning, less equipment and less skilled labor. Full scale alluvial production at each site is achieved in months, not years. Additionally, alluvial mining has no tailings and requires no harsh chemicals to process the gold.

*Alluvial gold is mixed with the sand and gravel of rivers, streams and lakes. Running water washes it from upstream and deposits it in the sand. The gold is usually in the form of grains or small nuggets. Gold can also be found in quartz and can be extracted after the rock is crushed. Over the years, miners have developed many methods for mining.
