Once a upon a time there was a melancholy decimal. His melancholy story all started from his peers always calling him names. His real name is Mr. And, but that is not what others call him.

At least I have 100 friends. Hey Point, why are you always getting in the middle of things.

Mr. And lives right in the middle of Dollar Boulevard and Cents Lane. Mr. And gets along the most with the families who live at tenths and hundredths as they always remember his birthday. The families that live on Dollar Boulevard tend to forget he exists.

Mr. And had the day off today so he decided to try and do some fun things to lift his spirits.

First Mr. And went to ACME to get some of his favorite snacks. He made his shopping list and when he got to the store he found out that each items cost the following:

Mr. And always gets so upset when people forget to line up his decimals when they add numbers together. If you don’t you won’t add like pieces together. Mr. And even created a rap to help people remember, but no one listens to him anyways.
