Tuesday, September 26th is the due date for ALL Cook-Off Contest Pre-Entries. 4-H’ers may

turn in one hand written or typed entry form per category, but be prepared to bring all recipes

that are chosen. (Please see the pre-entry form for a list of all categories.) The top eight

recipes in each of the 15 categories will be selected from the recipe entry forms and those

winners will be asked to bring their “prepared” recipe to the Cook-off Finals, Monday,

November 6th, at the Fair & Expo Center in the Banquet Hall. Cloverbuds may enter one

recipe from any of the 15 categories, and are automatically entered to bring their dish on

Monday, November 6th. Please note: failure to contact the Extension Office one week in

advance to decline participation in Cook-Off Final will result in disqualification for the

following year’s (2018) 4-H Cook-off Contest. Entry forms will be available on our website.

It’s that time of year again! Time to re-enroll in Stephens County 4H.

Every member must fill out a new enrollment for the new year regardless

of how many have been filled out previously. 4honline.com is where you

will go to get enrolled, or re-enroll, for the 2017-18 4-H year. If you or

someone in your family has already enrolled on 4honline, you will simply

sign in under your family name and update any information of the 4H’er

already enrolled and submit. If you need to add additional family mem-

bers to your family do so when signed in and submit. If you are enrolling

in 4honline for the first time you will need to build a family profile before

adding members. Oklahoma 4H will cost $20.00 per member a year, with

a $60 maximum. You can pay online, or come in and pay at the Stephens

Co. Extension Office. If you need any assistance enrolling online you

may come by the Stephens County Extension Office and pick up a step-

by-step guide, call Jonathan Jeffrey at 580-255-0510, or look for the

guide on our website, www.oces.okstate.edu/stephens.
