THE STATES, having commenced consideration of a proposition of Deputy Jessica Harriet Perchard of

St. Saviour entitled ‘Entitled status on social and economic grounds: changes to legislation’ (P.99/2018),

rejected paragraph (a) of the proposition that Regulation 2(1)(e) of the Control of Housing and Work

(Residential and Employment Status) (Jersey) Regulations 2013 should be amended so that it could not be

applied to persons employed by the States or States-owned bodies.

Status) (Jersey) Regulations 2013.
