This document is a brief introduction to the reviewing and setting of Standards. A Standard is a basis, criteria, level, quality or rule that you set, from within and commit to living at, just for today, one day at a time, until you put your head on your pillow tonight. There are Standards that do us a disservice because they unconsciously control us but we can commit to setting high daily Standards that will empower us and cause more of our inner genius to flow in our daily lives. Setting higher Standards changes you from within. When you change everything will change for you.

a) You have probably not consciously chosen most of your Standards (up to this moment) for your life. Consider now, where your previous Standards came from in each of the 7 P.E.R.F.E.C.T. areas. Look at the list below and think of WHAT could be the source of your previous Standards. • School• College/University• A friend (who specifically)• Friends• Mom/Dad/Brother/Sister/Family• ProfessionOR• You consciously thought through and set your Standards in this area from knowledge of yourself

and your intuition. b) In each of the 7 areas consider your Standards now and write down where you feel your original Standards came from, Then set 3 new High Standards in each area.

• Employer• Industry• Society• Media• Neighbours/Community• Other acquaintances / sources
