Born and raised in Devon, Nancy first studied dance and musical

theatre at the Willow Tree School of Performing Arts. At 13 yrs of

age she was a awarded scholarship to study at The Nesta Brooking

School of Ballet, London, followed by a second scholarship to study

Drama, Dance and Singing at The Arts Educational Stage School,

London.

At 19 working as a dancer on a Cruise Ship in the Caribbean, Nancy

fell in love with the ship’s doctor, they both then emigrated to New

Zealand. Spanning a career of over 20 years Nancy Schroder’s

acting work includes leading roles with:

Musical Director Pianist, Arranger, Composer, with some 30 years experience in NZ, Australia and the UK. Highlights of her career have included: Pianist - Phantom of the Opera orchestra, West End LONDON Musical Director - National Theatre UK Tour - The Pied Piper

Working with many West End and Broadway musical theatre stars. In NZ, Penny has conducted Evita, Chicago, Cats and 42nd St. Penny is also the Musical Director of Christmas in the Park, held annually at the Auckland Domain. A performer alongside Helen Medlyn in their cabaret show Hell On Wheels Guest actor Auckland Theatre Company Pianist and vocalist – for the recent tour of Jersey Boys at the Civic, and pianist for Mary Poppins and Wicked.

Michael (Snapper) Knapp has been involved in set & lighting design for many years, and his creative ap-proach is widely recognized in both the music and theatre industries throughout NZ and Aus-tralia. Michael’s extensive resume include the following milestones:

1995 – 2001 Lighting Designer/Senior Lighting Supervisor, Opera Australia, working on over 100 operas including ‘The Gondoliers’, ‘The Pearl Fishers’, ‘Die Fledermaus’, ‘Cosi Fan Tutte’, ‘Turandot’ and ‘Carmen’. 2001 – 2006 Technical Manager, Waikato University Academy of Performing Arts. 2007 – 2008 jool’s Holland, Suzi Quatro, Neil & Tim Finn In Concert Deepak Chopra, Civic Theatre

Fred has been involved in event management and production spanning a career of over 30 years, which began as producer for New Zealand’s largest out-door festivals in the 1970’s & 1980’s. Festival Trustee: Nambassa Festivals; Consultant: Sweetwaters Festivals; Festival Director: Tanelorn Festival – Australia NZ Promoter: Stevie Wonder 1987 Tour Producer: Shirley Valentine Theatre Tour Event Management: Bruce Mason Theatre 2006 – 2008: -Staging shows for: Sir Howard Morrison, Malvina Major, Pam Ayers, Ed Byrne, Tim Finn, John Cale, Opera New Zealand, Royal NZ Ballet, APO, Marilyn – Forever Blonde, and more Fred continues to have a burning passion for live theatre & Music. As Executive Producer, Fred works closely with the creative team and is the
