Spring is the season to restart and begin to break free of the calories stored during

the winter. Sweating helps evacuating many toxins. For those who are not fond of

running, think about the steam-bath session (also good to clean the skin) or sauna

(dry heat) to allow the body sweat. Do not forget the cold shower afterwards.

In the springtime, our spring water is enriched with hydrosol of rosemary or wild

Leloup (mostly in French language). There are a few books in English language unless

you’ve taken your own ones. Let yourself be invited to introspection to better define
