PURSUANT to Section 106B of the Education Act 1972, I fix the following charges payable by a full fee paying overseas student (defined in Section 72I of the Education Act 1972) of a Government school commencing school year 2015:

3. Tuition charge for student enrolled for part of school year—if a student is enrolled at a Government school for part of a school year, the tuition charge is:
(a) a proportion of the tuition charge that would be payable if the student were enrolled for the full school year, being the proportion that the number of school terms for the whole or part of which the student is enrolled bears to 4; plus
(b) if the student is enrolled in primary or secondary courses for a period of less than 10 weeks and the student is not a dependant of a person who holds a temporary visa under the Migration Act 1958, of the Commonwealth and who is participating in tertiary education, $25 for each week for which the student is enrolled.

FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 2007: SECTION 79

Closure of Pipi Fishery—Recreational
TAKE notice that pursuant to Section 79 of the Fisheries Management Act 2007, it is hereby declared that it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the class of fishing activity specified in Schedule 1, in the area specified in Schedule 2, during the period specified in Schedule 3.

FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 2007: SECTION 115
TAKE notice that pursuant to Section 115 of the Fisheries Management Act 2007, Charlie Huveneers of Flinders University, School of Biological Sciences, Sturt Road, Bedford Park, S.A. 5042 (the ‘exemption holder’), or a person acting as his agent, are exempt from Section 71 of the Fisheries Management Act 2007, but only insofar as the activities specified in Schedule 1 (the ‘exempted activity’), subject to the conditions set out in Schedule 2, from 7 May 2014 until 7 May 2015 inclusive, unless varied or revoked earlier.
SCHEDULE 1
The tagging and collection of tissue biopsies of free swimming White Sharks (Carcharodon carcharias) within the Neptune Islands Group (Ron and Valerie Taylor) Marine Park.
SCHEDULE 2
1. No shark of any species may be restrained or taken from the water.
2. For the purposes of this notice, only the following persons may act as an agent of the exemption holder:
• Andrew Fox of Rodney Fox Shark Expeditions;
• Andrew Wright of Calypso Star Charters;
• Matt Waller of Adventure Bay Charters; and/or
• Jeremy Bussell or Adventure Bay Charters.
3. Before undertaking the exempted activity, the exemption holder or a person acting as an agent must contact PIRSA Fishwatch on 1800 065 522 and answer a series of questions about the exempted activity. The exemption holder will need to have a copy of the exemption at the time of making the call and be able to provide information about the area and time of the exempted activity, the vehicles and/or boats involved, the number of agents undertaking the exempted activity and other related questions. Exemption No. ME9902693.
4. The exemption holder must provide a written report detailing the outcomes of the tagging and collection of tissue biopsies pursuant to this notice to the Executive Director, Fisheries and Aquaculture, (G.P.O. Box 1625, Adelaide, S.A. 5001) upon completion, giving the following details:
• the number of White Sharks tagged and the type of tag used;
• the number of biopsies collected;
• the person who tagged or collected the biopsy from each White Shark; and
• any other relevant information.
5. While engaging in the exempted activity, the exemption holder or agent must be in possession of a copy of this notice. Such notice must be produced to a Fisheries Officer immediately upon request.

6. The exemption holder must not contravene or fail to comply with the Fisheries Management Act 2007 or any regulations made under that Act, except where specifically exempted by this notice.
7. The exemption holder must not conduct any other fishing activity including recreational fishing whilst undertaking the exempted activity.
This notice does not purport to override the provisions or operation of any other Act including, but not limited to, the Marine Parks Act 2007. The exemption holder and his agents must comply with any relevant regulations, permits, requirements and directions from the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources when undertaking activities within a marine park.

AIRCRAFT PARKING CHARGES:
General aviation aircraft parked longer than two hours in designated general aviation parking areas and aircraft will incur a charge of $16.59 per day or any part of a day. Fixed base operators may apply for a contract rate for parking where the fixed base operator advises Adelaide Airport Limited of the aircraft type and registration of the aircraft that park for more than two hours on each consecutive day per month.
Code ‘B’ or greater—the charges for parking of Aircraft in the category of Code ‘B’ or greater is by arrangement with AAL from time to time.
Definitions
(a) Government Mandated Services means those services which AAL provides to RPT Operators and other users of the Airport which are mandated by the Commonwealth Government (in applicable legislation and ministerial or Commonwealth Department directions) or other lawful authority and includes (but are not limited to) the following services:
(i) terminal passenger checked bag screening; and
(ii) terminal passenger screening; and
(iii) airside inspections; and
(iv) other services required by the Commonwealth Government or other lawful authority.
(b) Infant means children less than two years old, not occupying a seat.
(c) Landing Charge means the amount from time to time charged by AAL to an aircraft operator in respect of the use by an aircraft of AAL’s runways, taxiways and aprons. The Landing Charge is a single charge made on each arrival (landing) of an aircraft.
(d) MTOW means maximum take-off weight as specified by the manufacturer.
(e) Passenger Facility Charge (‘PFC’) mean the amount from time to time charged by AAL to an RPT Operator in respect of its Passengers using a Terminal for the purpose of recovering costs relating to the Terminals.
(f) RPT (Regular Public Transport) Operation means an operation of an Aircraft for the purposes of the carriage of people, or both people and goods, of an air service that:
(i) is provided for a fee payable by persons using the service; and
(ii) is conducted in accordance with fixed schedules to or from fixed terminals over specific routes; and
(iii) is available to the general public on a regular basis.

Per Passenger Charge Rules
(1) Applies to all arriving and departing passengers and excludes transit passengers, infants and positioning crew.
(2) Applies to all arriving, departing and transit passengers and excludes infants and positioning crew.
(3) Applies to departing passengers only and excludes infants and positioning crew.
(4) Applies to departing passengers and departing transit passengers and excludes infants and positioning crew.
(5) Applies to all transit passengers excluding infants arriving from a port outside Australia.
Notes
(i) Charge Base: An Aircraft Operator may elect, by agreement with AAL, and entirely at AAL’s discretion, to incur Aeronautical Charges on a MTOW or Passenger basis, which basis is then fixed for the ensuing 12 month period.
(ii) Minimum charge: A minimum charge applies to all General Aviation customers as follows:
(a) Fixed Wing Aircraft $44.51 per landing.
(b) Rotary Wing Aircraft $22.24 per landing.
(iii) AAL has a growth incentive scheme which provides discount on the landing charges indicated above for airlines which exceed a target growth rate for the year. Details of this scheme are available to airlines on request.
(iv) The PFC will be adjusted annually by the increase in the Consumer Price Index (All Groups Weighted Average of Eight Capital Cities) on the anniversary date of the commencement of charging for the PFC (17 February 2006). The PFC will be reviewed every five years; the next review date is 17 February 2016.

Approval of Category A Containers
I, ANDREA KAYE WOODS, Team Leader, Container Deposit Legislation and Delegate of the Environment Protection Authority (‘the Authority’), pursuant to Section 68 of the Environment Protection Act 1993 (SA) (‘the Act’) hereby:
Approval of Category A Containers
Approve as Category A Containers subject to the conditions in subclauses (1), (2) and (3) below, each of the classes of containers identified by reference to the following matters described in the first 4 columns of Schedule 1 of this Notice which are sold in South Australia:
(a) the product which each class of containers shall contain;
(b) the size of the containers;
(c) the type of containers; and
(d) the name of the holders of these approvals.
(1) That containers of the class to which the approval relates must bear the refund marking specified by the Authority for containers of that class.
(2) The holder of the approval must have in place an effective and appropriate waste management arrangement in relation to containers of that class.
(3) The holder of these approvals must ensure that if a sticker bearing the refund marking has been approved, and is applied to the container, then the sticker must not be placed on any portion of the opening mechanism or in any other place that would require complete or partial removal of the sticker before the contents may be consumed.

Approval of Category B Containers
I, ANDREA KAYE WOODS, Team Leader, Container Deposit Legislation and Delegate of the Environment Protection Authority (‘the Authority’), pursuant to Section 68 of the Environment Protection Act 1993 (SA) (‘the Act’) hereby:
Approval of Category B Containers
Approve as Category B Containers, subject to the conditions in subclauses (1), (2), (3) and (4) below, each of the classes of containers identified by reference to the following matters described in the first 4 columns of Schedule 1 of this Notice which are sold in South Australia:
(a) the product which each class of containers shall contain;
(b) the size of the containers;
(c) the type of containers; and
(d) the name of the holders of these approvals.
(1) That containers of the class to which the approval relates must bear the refund marking specified by the Authority for containers of that class. The Authority specifies the following refund markings for Category B containers:
(a) ‘10c refund at collection depots when sold in S.A.’, or
(b) ‘10c refund at S.A./N.T. collection depots in State/Territory of purchase’.
(2) The holder of the approval must have in place an effective and appropriate waste management arrangement in relation to containers of that class. For the purpose of this approval notice the company named in Column 5 of Schedule 1 of this Notice is the nominated super collector.
(3) In the case of an approval in relation to Category B containers that the waste management arrangement must require the holder of the approval to provide specified super collectors with a declaration in the form determined by the Authority in relation to each sale of such containers by the holder of the approval as soon as practicable after the sale.
(4) The holder of these approvals must ensure that if a sticker bearing the refund marking has been approved, and is applied to the container, then the sticker must not be placed on any portion of the opening mechanism or in any other place that would require complete or partial removal of the sticker before the contents may be consumed.

Revocation of Approval of Category B Containers
I, ANDREA KAYE WOODS, Delegate of the Environment Protection Authority (‘the Authority’), pursuant to Section 68 of the Environment Protection Act, 1993 (SA) (‘the Act’) hereby revoke the approvals of the classes of Category B containers sold in South Australia as identified by reference to the following matters, which are described in the first 4 Columns of Schedule 1 of this Notice:
(a) the product which each class of containers shall contain;
(b) the size of the containers;
(c) the type of containers; and
(d) the name of the holders of these approvals.
These approvals are revoked as the Authority is satisfied that the waste management arrangement between the approval holder and the party named in Column 5 of Schedule 1 of this Notice has been cancelled.

I, ANDREA KAYE WOODS, Delegate of the Environment Protection Authority (‘the Authority’), pursuant to Section 68 of the Environment Protection Act 1993 (SA) (‘the Act’) hereby:
Vary the Approval of Category B Containers
Approve as Category B Containers, subject to the conditions 1, 2, 3 and 4 below, each of the classes of containers previously approved for Icon Brands Pty Ltd and identified by reference to the following matters described in the first 4 columns of Schedule 1 of this Notice which are sold in South Australia:
(a) the product which each class of containers shall contain;
(b) the size of the containers;
(c) the type of containers;
(d) the name of the holders of these approvals.
(1) That containers of the class to which the approval relates must bear the refund marking specified by the Authority for containers of that class. The Authority specifies the following refund markings for Category B containers:
(i) ‘10c refund at collection depots when sold in SA’; or
(ii) ‘10c refund at SA/NT collection depots in State/Territory of purchase’.

(2) The holder of the approval must have in place an effective and appropriate waste management arrangement in relation to
containers of that class. For the purpose of this approval notice the company named in Column 5 of Schedule 1 of this Notice is the nominated super collector.
(3) In the case of an approval in relation to Category B containers that the waste management arrangement must require the holder of the approval to provide specified super collectors with a declaration in the form determined by the Authority in relation to each sale of such containers by the holder of the approval as soon as practicable after the sale.
(4) The holder of these approvals must ensure that if a sticker bearing the refund marking has been approved, and is applied to the container, then the sticker must not be placed on any portion of the opening mechanism or in any other place that would require complete or partial removal of the sticker before the contents may be consumed.

Naming of Rural Roads
I, ANDREW JOHN MILAZZO, Delegate of the Commissioner of Highways under Section 12A of the Highways Act 1926 do hereby give notice that pursuant to Section 26 (6) of the Highways Act 1926 and Section 219 of the Local Government Act 1999, I assigned the names to the rural roads under the care, control and management of the Commissioner within the Municipal Council of Roxby Downs, the District Council of Coober Pedy and in the unincorporated areas of the State of South Australia shown on Rack Plan 768, dated 21 January 2014.
Update to Previous Notice
I also give notice that on 6 September 2013 under the abovementioned Acts and Sections, I assigned the name Redbanks Ramp (RN04400) under the care, control and management of the Commissioner within the Light Regional Council in the State of South Australia. This replaces previous Mid North map (Rack Plan 869) in notice dated 18 August 2011, Government Gazette No. 60.

1—Short title
This notice may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Approval of Motor Bikes and Motor Trikes)
Notice 2014.
2—Commencement
This notice will come into operation on the date of publication in this Gazette.
3—Approved motor bikes and motor trikes
For the purposes of Schedules 2 and 3 of the Motor Vehicles Regulations 2010 and the
transitional provisions of the Motor Vehicles Variation Regulations 2005 (No. 233 of 2005),
the motor bikes and motor trikes specified in Schedule 1 are approved.

NOTICE is hereby given that under the provisions of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Act 2000, pursuant to delegated powers dated 21 March 2012, the conditions of the abovementioned Exploration Licence have been varied as follows:
Condition 1 of the licence is omitted and the following substituted:
‘1. During the term of the licence, the licensee shall carry out or cause to be carried out exploratory operations on the area comprised in the licence in accordance with such work programs as are approved by the Minister from time to time. Years one to three exploratory operations are guaranteed and any subsequent licence year becomes guaranteed upon entry into any such licence year. These exploratory operations shall include but not necessarily be limited to:

Act 2013 (No 59 of 2013) will come into operation on 8 May 2014:

Tobacco Products Regulation (Exemption—August: Osage
County) Proclamation 2014
under section 71 of the Tobacco Products Regulation Act 1997
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Tobacco Products Regulation (Exemption—August:
Osage County) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Interpretation
In this proclamation—
Act means the Tobacco Products Regulation Act 1997;
prescribed period means the period commencing on 15 May 2014 and ending on
3 July 2014;
prescribed production means the stage production of August: Osage County produced by
Adelaide Repertory Theatre Company.
4—Application of proclamation
This proclamation applies to the following persons:
(a) a person employed by, or in relation to, the prescribed production;
(b) an occupier of the Adelaide Repertory Theatre, 53 Angas Street, Adelaide;
(c) an employer with responsibility for a workplace consisting of the Adelaide
Repertory Theatre in relation to the prescribed production.
5—Exemption from section 46 of the Act
(1) A person to whom this proclamation applies is exempt from the operation of section 46 of
the Act in relation to smoking occurring in the course of a performance or rehearsal of the
prescribed production during the prescribed period.
(2) An exemption under this clause is subject to the following conditions:
(a) smoking may only occur on a stage on which the prescribed production is being
performed or rehearsed, or in a rehearsal room used in relation to the prescribed
production;
(b) the area in which smoking may occur under the exemption must be well ventilated;
(c) the audience for a performance of the prescribed production must be warned that
there will be smoking during the performance;
(d) a person may only smoke a tobacco product of a kind contemplated by
paragraph (g) of the definition of tobacco product in section 4 of the Act.

(3) If a person contravenes or fails to comply with a condition of an exemption specified in
subclause (2), the exemption does not, while the contravention or non-compliance continues,
operate in that person's favour.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Port Adelaide Enfield at its meeting held on 8 April 2014, resolved pursuant to Section 219 (1) of the Local Government Act 1999, that certain new roads both located in the suburb of Angle Park be assigned the street names, as detailed below:
