BIM for Asset ManagementAn integrated approach for plant lifecycle management
From the start, the development of the BIM model is coordinated with
O&M data preparation. The integrated solution allows viewing all
data from the 3D model.
All the related asset data are easily accessible incl. spares, contracts, documentation, preventive maintenance instructions, etc.
For work preparation, technicians can direct view equipment to be
maintained in the 3D model .
The system ensures strict safety management onsite (LOTO with QR code scanning)
An integrated BIM for Asset Management platform provided by Suez partner Siveco (www.sivecochina.com) will be used throughout the project lifecycle, from construction to operations. The platform is compliant with all DSD requirements, with Suez best practices and the ISO55000 standard. It is already used in other Suez projects throughout Greater China including the ongoing Organic Waste Treatment Facilities (OWTF) Phase 1 (EPD contract).
Work planning and scheduling, including resources management (parts, contractors, in-house teams).
O&M teams in the field use the bluebee® mobile app to conduct inspections and maintenance work.
Scanning of QR codes, NFC or
RFID tags ensures full
traceability of actions.
Detailed analytics based on real-time field data are made available to all stakeholders on large touch-screen displays and on PCs.
The platform is designed to integrate with various other systems (SCADA/IoT, ERP, Employer’s AMIS/CMMS).VR for simulation, training, safety
and work preparation.
