What’s the Right Lab Format For Me? Which Practices are Included?

Nano Bet (1–2 Hours)

If you’re looking for a quick, fun, highly-interactive intro to rapid innovation practices, try the Nano Bet.It’s perfect for retreats, conferences or staff meetings. Here we focus on capacity building and new, agile ways to solve problems as a team. You choose from a menu of common challenges like “How might we accelerate our business?” or “How might we build a culture of experimental innovation on our team?”

Micro Bet (1/2 Day)

The Micro Bet is great if you have a challenge specific to your organization, which we’ll help you define. We go deeper into the rapid innovation practices, help you develop an experimental mindset, and generate solutions you can start testing immediately.

Small Bet (1–3 Days)

The Small Bet is innovation at speed. We focus on generating ingenius solutions, building and testing rapid prototypes and business models. We’ll help you design the experiments so you can Learn from Investment (LFI) and move more quickly toward scaling your breakthrough solutions.

SMALLIFY Accelerator(Mini Biggie)(Multi-day / Year)

If you want to make rapid innovation a competitive and cultural strength of your organization, the SMALLIFY Accelerator is a great bet. Our accelerator integrates leading innovation and leadership practices. We work with you to: 1) take an innovation challenge from concept to implementation through multi-day, project-based immersion programs; 2) train and certify your high potential leaders in our rapid innovation practices; and 3) set-up accelerator programs and physical lab spaces within your organization to help you test and scale new solutions. The SMALLIFY Accelerator is also available to individual leaders seeking certification in innovation leadership with networks and cohorts of high-performing leaders.
