Just next to the Plaza Mayor and the well-known Mercado de San Miguel, this house welcomes you to the most vibrant Madrid. Placed in the Plaza de San Miguel, we can contemplate the touristic downtown life from its balconies. We can see terraces, local people and tourists, as well as the atmosphere of the most famous gastronomic market in Madrid. Joyful and inspiring inside. It has two double rooms and two bathrooms. Bright colours for the living room and relaxing for the bedrooms. A youthful house, with huge personality: it is creative and fresh, and has all the aspects to achieve the perfect balance. This house traps you little by little. It transmits energy by only getting into it. We have enjoyed creating it as much as you will enjoy living in it. Created by friends, for friends and with a good purpose. The owners destine the funds to the help of a handicapped person.

When we created this interior design project, we always thought this house should make you feel “better than at home”. We hope we achieved it.

NEIGHBOURHOOD: SOL · PLAZA MAYORLess than 100 meters away from Plaza Mayor, this apartment has a strategic position when it comes to visiting the most touristic a funny area of Madrid. There are lots of restaurants, taverns and gastronomic offers around it, without forgetting the famous Tapas, which can be found all around the neighbourhood and specially if we go for a walk through la Latina, Cava Baja and El Almendro streets. There we will have the chance of tasting genuine Tapas. On Sundays, La Latina is the trendy area of young people in Madrid to have a snack, what turns this area into a real daytime party. Moreover, if we want to see one of the most ancient events, we can't forget going for a walk in the Rastro, the great flea market for antiquities and both new and second hand objects.

The Mercado gastronómico de San Miguel is a must. There we can taste an endless offer of products, walk through its stands and drink from wine to champagne with oysters. This building, from the late 19th century, has been carefully restored and deserves a visit. It is really close to Sol, the heart of the Madrid de los Austrias. Walking, we can shortly reach Opera, where both the Royal Theatre and the Royal Palace can be visited. The closest Metro station is Sol.

Room 1: 1 double bed. Room 2: 2 individual beds. Living room: 135 daybed for one person.

Maximum occupancy: 5 people.

BATHROOMS

Bathroom 1: on-suite, inside the main room. Bathroom with big shower. Bathroom 2: bathroom with big shower.

LIVING ROOM – DINING ROOM

Living room – Dining room for 5 people. Plasma TV with international channels. Wi-Fi Bosé speaker with Bluetooth, which allows music reproduction from an iPod or Smartphone.

KITCHEN

Equipped with all conveniences, four burners induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer.

The house has air conditioned in living room and outside bedroom.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

MINIMUM STAY: 5 days.

CHECK IN (*): 16 pm

CHECK OUT (*) : 10 am

DEPOSIT: 300 €. Deposit paid upon arrival. It will be returned in a 4-day time limit if the house does not present damages. The deposit can be paid with credit card upon arrival.

COTS: Upon request.

LODGE SERVICES: Shuttles, diary cleaning, tickets for events... to be checked.

PAYMENT: 50% - upon confirmation. 50% - 15 days before arrival. The house lease contract will be signed upon arrival.

PAYMENT MEANS: bank wire, PayPal or credit card.

NO SHOW. CANCELLATION POLICY: Payments are non-repayable in case of cancellation or NO SHOW.

(*) Early check in or late check out upon request. Check in between 9 pm and 9 am, extra tax of 50 €.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 5. We need to be informed about the number of people staying when booking. We do not accept bookings from people under 28 years.

BEHAVIOUR STANDARDS: The apartment is placed in a quiet community. We beg you to be extremely careful between 22:00 hrs and 9:00 hrs, in order to achieve a cordial coexistence with neighbours.
