The Self Propelled Bundle ExtractorPeinemann introduces Bauch: the first Self Propelled Bundle Extractor
in the world, a machine which is able to do the entire job.
The Self Propelled Bundle Extractor was designed in Germany by Bauch, in order to meet the high demands of the refineries and the petrochemical sector today. This machine has been built in such a way that it can be operated by just one man by remote control. One of the advantages of the machine is that it has a great manoeuvrability and is easy to use in small spaces using the remote control. Another advantage is that the machine can turn the lifting frame and drive at the same time. Because the machine has been designed to extract bundles with a maximum weight of 24,000 kg, it is a very versatile tool, which can handle almost any horizontal bundle. The maximum height of the bundles to be extracted is 6.40 m and the minimum height is 0.82 m.
The fact that you don’t need a crane to extract the bundles results in lower costs, a faster extraction time and less organisation. The Self Propelled Bundle Extractor can easily load and unload bundles on special frames on trailers, or the machine can be driven to the cleaning slab.
