I was at a yoga class the other day and right in the middle of a downward dog, I looked over at a women a few rows back from me. DIRECTIONS

1. Start by mixing your 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with ½ cup of room temperature water.

2. Then add the fresh fruit to a 9x9 baking pan.

3. Sprinkle your gelatin into ¾ cup of cold water slowly, then let rest for 2 minutes.
