William L. SchoffBill has been in the financial services business providing comprehensive wealthmanagement for over 25 years. Most recently he joined UBS Financial Services Inc.from Smith Barney in February 2009 after 14 years as one of their top producers. He is the senior member of The Schoff Group. While managing wealth for familieswith significant net worth, corporate executives, retirees and other professionals, Billand his team have managed exclusive relationships with an impressive list of over 35public corporations.

Bill has been recognized as one of only a few Financial Advisors at UBS with thedesignation Corporate Services Specialist. As such, he assists corporations with theiremployee equity plan needs and helps busy executives with their often complexissues surrounding control and restricted securities, stock option strategies, the sale of 144 securities, 10b5-1 trades, trading programs and more.

Bill was recognized by Barron’s magazine in 2008 as one of the top FinancialAdvisors in the country. He was rated 21 out of 100 advisors in his home state ofNew York. Bill is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionalsand serves on the UBS Corporate Employee Financial Services Advisory Board. He has a B.S. degree from Cortland State University. Bill lives in Pittsford, New York, with his wife, Susan, and is involved in various community-related activities.

Kathleen M. TitusKatie joined UBS Financial Services in 2009 and brings over 22 years of financialservices industry experience to her role as a member of The Schoff Group.

Prior to joining UBS, Katie was a First Vice President at Smith Barney for 14 years.Katie works with high net worth individuals and families in managing all aspects oftheir wealth management needs through a disciplined approach, ongoing dialogueand active management. Additionally, she focuses on corporate employee financialservices and the management of equity plan administration and implementation forthe team. She specializes in executive services and brings 19 years of experience inSection 16b transactions, Rule 144 trades and 10b5-1 trading plans to her clients.

When away from the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill, and their two children, Noah and Emily. She also coaches travel soccer and OlympicDevelopment soccer teams. Katie’s other interests include running, biking and skiing.She is on the board of the Webster Soccer Association and is a member of theNational Association of Stock Plan Professionals.

Stephen J. WilsonSteve has more than 28 years of experience advising high net worth clients onimportant wealth management decisions, specifically those related to retirement and estate planning. With the current complexities of the financial markets, he isable to offer solutions based on a detailed discovery process for each individualclient.

Steve has a B.S. degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and currently lives inFairport, New York, with his wife, Becky. In his free time, you can find him running,golfing or visiting one of his three children, Alexander, Eric and Jacqueline.

Barbara L. FraserBarbara has been in the financial services industry for more than 12 years. As amember of The Schoff Group, Barbara believes that wealth management goesbeyond traditional investment strategies. She sees it as encompassing your entireinvestment and financial life—with your team of Financial Advisors involved everystep of the way.

A 25-year resident of Fairport, New York, a suburb of Rochester, Barbara enjoysbicycling and spending time with her children, Luke and Claire, and their two goldenretrievers.
