The Mt. Vernon Ladies Bible Study will meet at 7 pm. the second and fourth Monday at the home of Susan Stark (1517 S. Hickory).

The schedule for Communion Set-Up and Wash will resume starting on August 9th.

Trinity Choir Practice has started back up—they meet for

practice on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm. All are welcome to join!

Trinity Ringers and Men’s Glee Practices will not resume until further notice, due

to Covid.

The Broadcast Committee is looking for donations to put towards a new Pan Tilt Zoom Camera

to live-stream a video of the church service.

This camera will allow for better video operations to live-stream the church service on YouTube and Facebook each

week. The sound and broadcast volunteers will be able to operate the camera from downstairs, instead of having an

additional volunteer be upstairs with the camera setup that is being used currently.

The total amount that we need to raise is $2500. Of that $2500 — $1000 has already been secured by donations.

Any help on getting the remaining $1500 will be greatly appreciated!

The church directory is now online! We are using the following program, Instant Church Directory Online.

A printed church directory will still be available each year for members.

The online directory is ready to be viewed! Please see the Instant Church Directory flyer in the

Narthex to view the steps on where and how to create a login depending on if you want to view it

online or use a mobile app. Please be sure the church office has your email address. If you are

having trouble— email or call the church office or Diana Connelly for help.

Once you are logged into the online directory, you are able to update your information and photo’s at

anytime. All updates are sent to the program administrators for approval. Please allow 24 to 48

hours for approvals to be completed.

This is a new program for the church, so please be

patient as we work through any problems with

getting everyone logged into the directory.

Trinity Lutheran School School is starting!

Help us stock our pantry! As we eagerly welcome students back in August, we are in need of the following items that may be

delivered to the school or church office. Thank you for helping us start the year on the right foot!

Pantry: Chicken nuggets Chicken patties Condiments (ketchup, BBQ sauce, syrup) Ranch dressing Frozen waffles and french toast sticks Extra large (#10) cans of vegetables and fruit (this is

our greatest need as we use 3-4 per day) Granola bars Cookie dough Ground beef Hot dogs

We would like to thank everyone for all of

the cards and phone calls that we received for our 64th anniversary. They

Confirmation Classes will start meeting on September 13th at 8:45am in the chapel.

This class is for kids in 7th and 8th grade and not attending Trinity Lutheran School.

Ladies of Trinity: The LWML meeting is scheduled for Sept 3, at 1:30 p.m. at the Community Building in Freistatt. Please note the location change. We will have mite box in gathering. Our monthly gift will be to the LWMC Ministry to Armed Forces. Please join us in fellowship.
