– After POC evaluation, decision to build a new app

– Optical Character Recognition (OCR) using ABBYY

– VISA integration

– 2-tier approval

– Integration with SAP HR and FI-CO

– Elia uses Jira to manage all their SAP tickets/change requests

– Elia adopted Lean in 2016 (Daily Stand-Up Meetings)

– A “Lean app” was developed to support those meetings
