THE SANTA FE CONCORSO OPEN ROAD TOURS 2013 APPLICATION FORM September 24-‐26, 2013 This year’s tours combine scenic beauty and invigorating driving on some of the most dynamic New Mexico roads. Choose the tours that fit your schedule. Self-‐guiding tour books, goodie bags, and tour decal are included. The tours will stop for lunch on Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesday, a box lunch will be provided. Participants must have a roadworthy car.

Release of Liability The undersigned hereby tenders his/her application to enter and participate in a certain motorcar event and competition (The Santa Fe Concorso) and related events to be held by the Santa Fe Concorso the week of September 24 -‐ September 29, 2013. In consideration of the acceptance by the Vehicle Selection Committee of the application of the undersigned to participate in said events, the undersigned does agree to: Release the Santa Fe Concorso and their officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability arising out of said events. Release all other contestants and officials from any and all liability arising out of their participation in said events. Warrant that the undersigned has read the rules and regulations under which said event will be run and will abide by the rules and regulations. Understand and accept that the information and photographs accompanying each entry may be used for publicity purposes or other commercial purposes by the Santa Fe Concorso, and hereby waive, release, and assign his/her private rights to the production, reproduction, and publication of any motion picture, photographs, images, or video film that depicts the entrant, or his or her vehicles participating in said events. Understand and accept that photographs, video, film, or digital images of the Santa Fe Concorso properties may be taken or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Santa Fe Concorso. All vehicles entered for the Santa Fe Concorso are subject to the above terms and conditions.
