The Salas are Free from Terrorist Acts By al-All ā mah Amad ibn Ya yā al-Najm  ī Translated by Abū al-asan Mālik Ādam al-Akhar  Al-All ā mah Amad al-Najm  ī ( !  #$% ) said: “As for what the Ir ḥā biyyūn (terrorists ) do in these times, those who wear bomber vests or drive explosive-laden vehicles and then when they nd a gathering of people, blow themselves or the vehicle up, then this is an a ff air that is based upon treachery, and Isl ām is far removed from this and does not permit it whatsoever. And indeed the suicide missions that have taken place in England or other countries have been planned and carried out by the Khā rijites 1 , the people of takf ī r , whom the Messe nger of Allāh  dispraised in his statement: “In the last days there will appear some young, foolish people who will say the best of s peech but their faith will not go beyond their throats and will leave their religion like an arrow exits game. So, wherever you nd them, kill them, for whoever kills them shall have a reward on the Day of Resurrection.” 2 It is also authentically reported that the Messenger of Allāh  said: “They are the worst of those who are killed under the heavens.” 3 He also said: “Glad tidings for those who kill them.” 4 And he said: “Wherever you nd them, kill them, for indeed there is a reward for killing them.” He also said about them: “They are the dogs of the Hellre .” 5 He also said: “If I met them, I w ould kill them like the people of   Ād .” 6 and in another wording, “the people of Thamūd .” Additionally, he said of them: “Indeed they will pass through the Religion just as the the arrow passes through game, then they will not return to it until the arrow returns to its bow.” The Salas are Free from Acts of Terrorism al-Ramā niyyah Publishing 1 1 A deviant sect who have declared that a Muslim becomes a disbeliever due to committing a major sin alone. The meaning of “pass through” is to go through one side and out the other, and theKhā rijites pass through the Religion and nothing of it remains with them.

So with that, it is known that Islām is free from these reckless, senseless acts and that itcondemns those who participate in them and repudiates their activities. And certainly thosewho falsely accuse the Salafis—those who adhere to the Book of Allāh, the Sunnah of His

Messenger  and traverse upon the way of the [Prophet’s] Companions—those who falselyaccuse them with the bombings in England or elsewhere and [other acts] which includemurder, destruction of property, shedding blood, terrorism of the people and rebellion againstthe government; indeed those who accuse the Salafis of this, they are the ones who [actually]commit these abominations, but they desire to attribute it to others. They are the associatesof the group al-Q ā ’idah7 who are the followers of Usāmah bin Lāden, al-Mas’ar ī, Sa’d al-Faq īh8 and their likes because these individuals were reared upon the books of the people of takf ī r from the likes of Sayyid Qutb9 and those who are with him upon this erroneousmethodology that unjustly excommunicates the Ummah of Muḥammad . Rather, theyexcommunicate [Muslims from Islām] for falling into sins, and no one is safe fromcommitting sin...”

7 A radical group upon the methodology of the Khā rijites, the people of takf ī r . The noble Salaf ī scholar Shaykh‘Abd al-Muḥsin al-Abbād—may Allāh preserve him—was asked concerning their evil network: “Some saythat the group al-Q ā ’idah is the modern day Khā rijites, others say they are fighters in the path of Allah, so whatis your opinion?” Shaykh ‘Abd al-Muḥsin answered: “Yes, they are fighters in the path of Satan.”

8 Imām Ibn Bāz, the noble Salaf ī scholar—may Allāh bestow His Mercy upon him—said concerning these

misguided individuals: “So my advice to al-Mas’ar ī, [Sa’d] al-Faq īh, Bin Lāden, and anyone following their wayis to leave this destructive path they have taken, to fear Allāh and beware of His Revenge and Anger. They mustreturn to guidance and repent to Allāh for what has preceded from them.”

9 Egyptian author of a number of works that call to the justification of takf ī r of (whole) societies, the breakingof all sentimental attachments to society, cutting ties with others, rebellion against the rulers and theannouncement of a destructive jihā d against the whole of mankind. These misguided ideologies of Sayyid Qutbhave been soundly refuted by the scholars of Salafiyyah, at head of them, the Muḥaddith, al- Shaykh Rab ī’ ibnHād ī al-Madkahl ī—may Allāh preserve him.
